Envié 2 cajas con ellos el 18 de marzo y no fue sino hasta esta semana que logre recuperar mi envío en la oficina de tealka valencia. Cada vez que llamaba no daban respuesta oportuna. Tenía 2 años enviando con ellos. Muy decepcionada por el mal servicio en está oportunidad. Hasta me dijeron que las cajas estaban en Maracay que las fuera a buscar para allá cuando el destino final era valencia. Triste situación mucha desorganización al menos los envíos que son fuera de Caracas. Se entiende situación país. Pero la desorganización es otra cosa. Y de paso se paga completo y debes ir hasta la oficina a retirar. No tienen buena logística.
