“Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. I called the Lake Nona location with a car issue, they offered me availability to come straight down.
The front desk staff were great and Jill was super friendly and explained the entire process of diagnosis to potential outcomes of the results.
I must also say that the waiting area is very spacious and clean with beverages available and customer WiFi available.
I was called within 45 minutes to explain the results and the break down of the cost to replace the parts and fix the car.
My car was ready to collect within 90 minutes including delivery of the parts needed.
Will 100% be my go to for all car services.

I was the original owner and they kept it running as good as the day I drove it off the showroom floor. I just gave the car to my grandson and his 4 hour trip home went off perfectly. I’ve been bringing my Equinox to Griffis for almost two years now and I just realized I’ve never written a review. Ever since walking into their shop I do not want to go anywhere else. These are truly amazing people. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars I always leave with a deeper understanding of my vehicle and I never feel taken advantage of. All of the services recommended are never pushed onto me they’re simply explained and quoted and left up to me to decide when I can complete the service.
Additionally, the customer service is something you’d find in a small town not Orlando. They’re always so pleasant when you walk in and extremely accommodating (I’m okay with leaving my car until they can get to it and they ALWAYS have it ready by the time I need it). It truly is an amazing place and I’m so happy to have found a mechanic near me that I genuinely like taking my vehicle to. They don’t charge insane prices for oil changes or tire patches which I also sincerely appreciate. I will be a forever customer!”

“I just got my transmission rebuilt from here GREAT PLACE HONEST AND PATIENT WITH CUSTOMERS . I want to give these guys 100%. Great effort and credit for the work done I am very happy with my 1998 Silverado. I also ended up having some problems that had to do in my indoor hydro locking. I took it to another shop. And they told me. I needed another engine. I bought it back to buddy and Ed. And they fix my problem within 1 day. This shop for someone like me. That has no family in the area is a very go to place. “I was experiencing a timing and transmission issue with my 2015 F150. I had taken my truck to two Ford dealerships regarding my transmission. After one of the dealership put my vehicle on a Dino, they informed me that there wasn't anything wrong with the transmission. But, I was still having grinding noise when shifting from 3rd to 4th. So I took it to a different ford dealership and they told me that I needed new vacuum lines because my 4wheel drive was trying to engage which it what was making the grinding noises. 1200.00 dollars later I had gotten my truck back and wouldn't you know it, still grinding. After a while of dealing with the noises, my timing was messing up. My truck would shake, stall, lose power and went into limp mode twice. I took my truck to transmission depot. I talked to Derek and he said give him some time to look at it. Two days later, engine running perfect and transmission shifts as it suppose to. No more grinding, no more shaking and No more dealerships. Transmission Depot will be the only place I take my vehicles. Thanks to Derek and his team. They are Knowledgeable, Professional and an all around great team.”
