The staff and entire team are amazing, providing exceptional support, wonderful recommendations, and consistent, quick, and friendly communication. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and ensure clients can relax and enjoy their day. Specific coordinators are highlighted for being flexible, bringing comfort, answering all questions, and making events more than clients could have imagined. The venue offers convenient decor packages for ceremonies and receptions, which helps with costs. Guests are consistently blown away by the gorgeous decorations, stunning décor, and beautiful atmosphere, noting how seamless and elegant everything is. Mgmt decided to renovate and didn't tell last weekend's clients ahead of time. Looks nice but more modern and sleek, not what we expected. Ask for current photos and clear communication. Service and food was fantastic.
