I bought a flatbread which was okay but that smoothie…..I spent over $5 on colored ice. I ask for no sugar and they gave me one with sugar but they remake it without. Tropical smoothie is only good with sugar and that’s bad.

Been a customer for over 20 years. Ordered my regular. Tasted off. I asked if they could add what I felt was missing and I was told very flippantly that, they could not touch the drink after it been given to me. So I asked if they could make another and then was told “No” I could pay for another and then they would make it. I have never in my life been so aggrieved. I work in service and would never treat a guest in that manner. If it’s wrong just fix it. It’s not coming out of your pocket. Trash service.

Was running errands and decided to get a smoothie. The place was empty, so the service was pretty quick. The staff was pretty friendly. The smoothie itself tasted a bit like water down banana, but still not too terrible. My partner got an acai smoothie with dark chocolate and they said it was delicious. If you're around and craving a smoothie, i recommend it.

Very poorly managed franchise. The staff are consistently rude at this location. The floor is dirty and the kitchen looks like a mess.

I love Tropical Smoothie but this location did not have a good staff today. I ordered a blueberry bliss and it tasted like A LOT of ice and or water. In fact, a customer returned the same time as I did because she had the same complaint. I told the cashier and she replaced it with what I thought was a Kiwi Quencher and ended with someone’s online order, Bahama Mama. It wasn’t good either.

Nice and courteous staff with quick service. The smoothies were freshly made and tasted great as did the veggie wrap, which was delicious and definitely worth a try!

One of the worse service I have ever had from any smoothie bar, along with the most dirty I have ever been too. There are dirt and crumbs all over the floor like it's been a month since anyone has swept a floor. The young lady with the hoodie with. The number 71 has the worse attitude and probably should quit or let go if she doesn't like her job. She didn't greet me even after saying hello to her, didn't respond to my thank you at all and just took my order and walked away. There were several employees in the back sitting at a table you would think one of them would wipe down tables and sweep the floor at the least. Never be back ever.

The Caucasian gentleman with the beard you guys hired should NOT work the register if he does not want to look at, talk to, or serve paying customers. standing there with a bad attitude like we’re bothering you when we’re simply trying to hand you our money doesn’t make sense you don’t have to do back flips and be super man but come on at least bare minimum acknowledge a family handing you money n don’t look disgusted and bothered that we walked in the store or just quit find a new job where you don’t deal with customers simple god bless

The only reason why i go to this location is for the food. The employees do not know how to engage with customers. Employees are wearing headphones. They dont smile. When i received my change, some of the coins fell and the employee replied. "My bad". Really,

Staff doesn't acknowledge you. This is an easy fix and should be addressed by management. Maybe morale is down, not sure. Can't blame staff 100% but management should oversee and address lack of customer service. It seemed pretty busy with mostly calls ins or food delivery service orders. Another customer and I stood waiting for acknowledgement and someone to take our orders but there was no action. I left without ordering anything.

I’d love to review they’re products, but unfortunately when they say they close at 8, that means their crew begins cleaning up at 7:45 so they can leave at 8. I’m not angry, just disappointed.
