Truffles & Trifles is a celebrated cooking school, named one of the top five in the country. It offers a fun and wonderful experience focused on camaraderie, making it a great date night or activity with friends. Classes, such as the hors d'oeuvres & wine or Key West theme evenings, provide a fun evening where participants drink wine and make appetizers or buffet-style items together. The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate, and tons of fun, offering very good guidance, great tips, and techniques. Everything you need is provided, allowing you to learn a ton and try absolutely fantastic food. It is highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their culinary abilities while enjoying a fun, informative, and amazing time.
We had a great time. The head chef Rashiba was very attentive and funny. She told us stories from her time being a chef around the world. At the end of the night there was more food than anyone could eat and it all tasted good with lots of variety. The place has a very homey and person feel to it.

What an incredible experience! Fun, informative and we made some amazing Mediterranean dishes. Our chef and her son were so kind and supportive. We will 100% be back and bring some friends.
