Do not bank with this bank!!!! Not enough banks. And if you want to close it you have to go to the bank you went to close it out, or a notarized letter to say you want it closed. My account hasn’t been used in months!!!!!!!!!!!! And a transaction I didn’t do went through. You can’t dispute anything on the app like MOST banks!!!!!! Terrible terrible bank!!! Go to a different bank.

Guess what no one told me that the Trystci Bank at Colonial was closed & turned into a training.. Besides having many issues with The homeless there that wouldn't move off the drive thru sleeping had to call police everytime... I'm happy for the service I did get... While they were there

We were so please when we had to move money at this Bank. Everyone was so helpful. We set up an account and the employees all worked as a wonderful team. This is a really good bank. I would rank them head and shoulders above all the national chains. The staff get to know you after a few visits and give you excellent service.
