I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Trustco Bank, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I encountered a deposit error that initially left me quite concerned. However, thanks to the quick thinking and professionalism of Mr. Jared Matthew and Mr. Daniel, the situation was resolved swiftly and efficiently.
From the moment I reached out for assistance, Jared and Daniel were attentive, understanding, and proactive in addressing my concerns. Their ability to remain calm under pressure and their commitment to resolving the issue set a reassuring tone for the entire interaction. It was clear that they were dedicated to ensuring that I felt supported throughout the process.
Moreover, I must commend Ms. Samya from the Lee Vista branch, whose superior knowledge and expertise played a crucial role in correcting the deposit error. Her professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference, and I felt confident knowing that my situation was in such capable hands.

I've been a customer for many years now and have found the staff at the Dean Road branch consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. They are outstanding. Please don't hesitate to ask for Daniel, he has assisted me with many complex transactions and always takes his time to ask questions and provide relevant guidance.

This is the worst bank ever! The stole 40k from my deceased father with no explanation. I’m still trying to wrap my head around how they are legally able to do this. Their head of legal Camilla is a Joke. She has no idea what she is doing and has to constantly seek outside legal counsel because she has no experience in fraud or investigations. The dean road branch manager Gil who I initially started working with will not return my calls or emails and has directed all questions, comments and concerns to be addressed to Camilla. Well guess what? Camilla has done the same but is now directing me back to Gil. All I’m getting is the run around and the bank gets to keep 40k that does not belong to them. Be aware of this scummy company! If anyone has gone through similar experiences please feel free to reach out.*edit the response from owner is automated and when I reached out they were extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Randolph is an asset to this bank! He's the best teller I've met since banking with them. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. He needs a big raise for being so good to us! He makes everyone feel like family! Always has a smile no matter what might be going on.

Worst bank ever the male.teller is always rude think name is Jose and the old lady especially the branch manager was nice n fixed my issue but now I. See the branch closed my account n text me to pick up a check for 2.05 it's redicullous seriously am I suppose to cry there are so many great banks out there n that's why I'm sticking with wells Fargo popular bank great customer service n they value there customers they getting one star cause I don't have a choice in order to post a honest review they won't be around for long

We went to the ATM on the weekend to withdraw $500 ... The machine shuts off ... the ATM ... It took the money from our account but dispensed nothing. It has been in contest for over a year. They know they have a broken peace of equipment for a ATM , and admitted that this that sort of thing happened on the weekends all the time. So I think they are pocketing the money from innocent people.

Great customer service. I am always greeted with a smile. I do all of my banking here, from my home loan to my kids savings accounts and I have never had a problem. I like that I am always geeted by my name. In this bank I am not just another customer.
