There’s no other place in town we would go to have our cars serviced. Den has hired the most fantastic front line staff as well as mechanics in the shop. They are in constant communication with us as to what needs to be done with the cars. They are always honest with what needs immediate attention and what can wait. They never have tried to upsell us on services which we appreciate. And, if we have ever had a concern they have been prompt in helping with a resolution. We highly recommend Tuffy.

i have always received great service here! they are always willing to explain to me what is going on and make sure to show me exactly what they are seeing. they are very kind and exhibit great customer service. i have only ever brought my cars here during my duration of living in orlando and intend to keep it that way.

This place is great. The employees give me good vibes, and they seem super trustworthy! As a woman, I usually get sketched out at mechanic shops, but I feel that the staff here is very upfront and honest. The prices are reasonable, and they even were kind enough to fix a small issue on my boyfriend's car free of charge. I will be coming here for any future problems with my car.

Very impressed with customer service, honesty and attention to detail. Was told issue was the need for alternator by another shop. CalledTuffy's after getting quotes from different shops and decided to go there because their quote was $100 less than the next best quote. But the best part is that after checking the car, they advised alternator was good and only needed a battery. I couldnt believe it since this was cheaper than replacing alternator. This kind of honesty is noble and appreciated. They have earned me and my family's repeat business. Anthony Watts

Excellent, honest service. I found Angel to be extremely trustworthy. He was willing to work with me to determine what parts actually needed to be replaced at that time--and which parts could wait. I'm grateful for this as cost was a major factor for me. Highly recommended!

I had accidentally left a 3 star review when I meant it to be a 5 star. This store is an example of what customer service means. From the moment you enter, you are always greeted, treated nicely and the prices are very fair. Management had reached out inquiring about my 3 star review and that shows how much they care. You guys are doing something right and thank you !
