I have been using Tuffy now for over 2 years for all my vehicles needs. This time I took my 2023 Mercedes Sprinter RV for its 40k miles service and Tuffy charged me significantly less than Mercedes wanted, plus they are always available to help. I will never use anyone but Tuffy!

I had a sudden flat tire early in the morning, so I drove to Tuffy and waited until they open not only did they take care of me first thing in the morning, but I was not charged for the repair. These guys are awesome.. The staff at Tuffys Has always been gracious to me and accommodating since the decade + I’ve been going there. Highly recommend their service

The Customer Service at the store was great. They listen to my niece and my request. They provided transportation to my home and picking up when I was done they called prior to doing any work and gave me their recommendations of what need to be done. Explain everything to me and that is great Customer Service
