Got 4 new tires at this place and they used blue loctite and torqued the lugs down hard on my wheels, I've only just discovered this after spending 30 mins to remove 2 of the 5 lugs on one of my wheels. I seriously hope they didn't damage my threads or studs. I have the paperwork from the tires. My lug nuts are being chewed up trying to to remove them. Thanks guys.

I used to come to this shop before MAVIS bought it and they did a descent service, now I have to admit THIS store has surprised me with the service. Welcoming, professional, the technicians showed me few issues that my car has with no pressure from their behalf to get it fixed here. The oil change was done very efficiently and I was out in few minutes. Give this new management a chance.

AJ and Victor provided great customer service. They both were very knowledgeable about the services my car needed when they did the inspection. Would HIGHLY recommend getting your car serviced here and ask for either AJ or Victor !!
Just an FYI this is the Mavis on Landstar closest to McDonald’s & Dunkin Donuts !

Victor and his mechanics were on the ball of my problem that wasn't corrected right in the other Mavis shop. When there was a problem that was giving the other mechanics a baffling and confusing situation (other Mavis) I had to get a second opinion at the Mavis shop at 13466 Landstar Blvd. At this present time ,the problem was resolved . What I also recognized that the mechanics were able to check and advise there were other Matters
that needed my focus attention. That is why I would recommend friends and colleagues if you want the job done right go to Mavis shop a speak to service manager Victor ??? P.S. Reasonable prices ☺️
