I ordered a truck with a dolly to move three large appliances. When I arrived I was advised there was no dolly. The guy was so apathetic it was disgusting. He was definitely more interested in his text than helping customers. They had dollies in the store. He did not offer one nor did he agree to allow me to use one. No one enjoys moving huge appliance with bare hands. This guy did not offer any suggestions, nor did he try to find a dolly anywhere. There are other locations I would use in the future if needed. If I need to rent in the future, I will definitely be looking elsewhere. Things happen but the rudeness of the employee is what made the situation far worse! Good luck if you use this location!

I paid over $250 to have a hitch delivered and installed, but it never arrived, and they have yet to give me my money back. I've been trying to call them to demand a refund, but they just place me on hold for over an hour at a time

Clean well lite area to return the truck. Only problem was finding the over night key return. Other then that very helpful place.

It appears that at least one person is living and cooking in his unit. Climate control does not cover areas distant from air unit. Gate is often open providing no security.

This U-Haul truck is okay to rent they don't charge deposits like budget and other companies
