Very organized, very communicative and the front desk staff and the staff helping get the truck out were positive, energetic, keen and helpful. The drop off was super fast and easy as well. Great experience. One thing to note, when reserving the rental online, the U-haul makes it very scary saying that insurance companies do not cover truck rental damages, and to pay their $15 to cover this. I called my State Farm agent and State Farm does, that will save you $15. Otherwise, it is super affordable!

After waiting a couple weeks to get hitch for a 2025 VW ID.BUZZ, this place has shown how professional they are handling business. Special thanks to Mr. Trevino Gray he made sure I was informed all the time about availability of parts. Will definitely continue doing business here.

Stay away from this location. 2 or 3 other locations very close. I rented a van, they added insurance without my permission. When I complained I was told it’s mandatory. I wasn’t notified that is mandatory otherwise I would get a truck for the same price without the mandatory insurance. The owner Trevino did not do anything, I told him I would speak to him when I returned it but he left. The girl at the office told me she could credit me for gas overage, but did not.

Will never read from this place again the van I rented was filthy in the back manager claims he's got video it got cleaned out the day before but yet still has not sent me that video if I ever rent from U-Haul again and I have to clean out the vehicle I will send them a cleaning bill and I will charge them three times the amount it cost me to pay out of my pocket and they will either pay it or I will take them to court

Also that day I lost my wallet in the store and 30 minutes later the employees called me to let me know they had found it.

I went for a hitch installation, the employee of the moment felt that she did not want to help us, because first she wanted to make us buy a pack, when we checked the page and gave her the other price she told us like she doesnt know ig there was availability, then we decided to pay for the installation service and she keep with an attitude she replied that she did not guarantee us anything even though we said we had no problem with the hourly payment of the service, it seems ironic that a person like that with the client is the employee of the month

I was forced to get insurance for the vehicle I was renting. I was told if I didn’t want insurance I would have to provide proof that my auto insurance covers rental damage and if not I have no choice but to get insurance. Then once I returned the vehicle the same rep was assisting another customer gave that customer the option to get insurance or not. Out of all the years I rented through U-Haul it was always an option to get insurance even went booking online and confirming reservation in store.
