I recently used U-Haul and they advertised a $50 credit if the equipment was not in the truck upon arrival. When I went to pick up the U-Haul the furniture dolly was not in the truck. I went to try and get the credit through U-Haul who is now refusing to pay out the credit they advertise and claim the “equipment” is the truck and trailer. No where in their advertisement of a $50 credit does it mention that. It is a fraudulent promotion that doesn’t disclose a pertinent internal policy for refund. I highly suggest you use another company and definitely not this location. Aside from the fraudulent promotion, my U-Haul Truck not only did not have the furniture dolly (forcing 2 people to take everything up 9 floors by themselves), the truck had no gas and was on empty - literally 0 miles until empty, and then on top of that you have to deal with corporate thievery and dishonesty. Not advisable

Was overcharged by at least $60. When I called they said I would be refunded soon, and I am still waiting on my money. :)

I had a bad experience with this unit that installed it on my car and it was rubbish! The dealer is rude and I had to take my car somewhere else to fix the mess he made

Gary took care of me twice with two 26 foot trucks one way From Orlando to Pennsylvania. quick easy and helpful And came in clutch when i was in a bind.

Even though the website didn’t say anything about non-locals not being able to rent a pickup the locations in Orlando require a local drivers licence in order to rent them. However we would have been stranded at this location if Luz and the other wonderful lady working there didn’t help us find a truck we were allowed to rent at a different location. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure that we had a vehicle and would not get stranded and I simply cannot thank them enough for all of the help they gave us today.

This by far my favorite location. The staff is always courteous, and consistent, They are respectful and go out of their way to assist me with every visit. Gary is the man and he trained his staff the same way. I had a terrible experience with a different location went to this site and they made me laugh it off and continue with my day as it should have been. I really appreciate the effort and time put into the services provided at this location. As a business owner customer service is key they get me in and out every time with no issues so Thank you guys it is very much appreciated by the First mind bail bond and Juice is Juice brand Team !!!

Had a reservation, confirmed my reservation, as I was driving to pick up the truck I called to reconfirm. I was assured the truck was on the lot waiting for me.Got there, they had no trucks and didn't care one bit. Zero empathy, no apology, no offer to check any U-Hauls centers in the area for options. Just, too bad, so sad.....bye.I called corporate to inquire about avoiding this in the future and inquire about their $50 reservation guarantee. I was promised a call back or an email reply. It's been days, no call, no email. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a top-down corporate culture of not caring.

I have emailed once before with no response. I spoke to the customer representative, and she said the franchise manager (Gary Smith) will call me back which I have not received a call.Either, I am being scammed by this location at the Citrus Bowl or you have a deceitful employee that has taken equipment and not reported it’s use. The gauge showed less than a half tank when I picked it up and the owner mislabeled it on the rental agreement. Prior to returning the vehicle I visited the 7-Eleven directly adjacent from the U-Haul location and put 4+ gallons in the tank. The following day to my surprise, I was charged for 16 gallons of gas. Gary Smith so eloquently stated to me,”If you ain’t got a video of it, ain’t nothing you can do.” The receipt from my rental shows that I drove 57 miles. This volume of usage of gas is physically impossible. The manufacturer specifications is 23city, 33highway on that model Silverado. Based on this math, the 4+ gallons was over the gas that I used.I would appreciate a rapid resolution on this matter, the inadequate response to my multiple attempts to resolve this has been extremely disappointing.

The manager at this location doesn’t do his job. Was overcharged insanely. Filed dispute. He didn’t call as protocol. Called customer service back. Supposed to get another call and never did. Avoid this incompetent location.

These workers were some of the nicest employees I've ever met. All of the employees I encountered were super helpful and sweet.I accidentally said I needed the van to the 8th instead of 8 days and didn't realize until well after I left the lot. But was able to call and get it all situated in less than 15min! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area

Very helpful. The staff are awesome. Reasonable prices and reliable. The van was great for usage of loading and moving things. We definitely needed it. We will use this company again.

I made a reservation online, just to be told at my arrival, my bank card wont be accepted and a credit card was necessary to rent the vehicle. Apparently at this location they can't keep up with their vehicles and it's the customer's problem to deal with. Why not send me a courtesy notification when you see the reservation, before I pay to get there that you operate under different terms? INCONVENIENT at my own cost.

Every week we go there, we get the family treatment feeling. They greet us, joke around, listen to our complaints and give us excellent customer service. When we make our reservations online, we send them a message and 90% of the time, we get a quick response with a smiley face.
