I had to detour from a different U-Haul to pickup equipment 10miles away (there and back).
This location: No one present @ the front desk when I arrived. Rodney told me he was going to get my dolly, only to have me waiting for 10mins while he went to restroom. Rodney also misappropriated information pertaining to reimbursement for my trip. Thank God for Terry, clarifying Rodney’s confusion, and fulfilling Rodney’s promise to get the equipment. I’m not a fan of Rodney.

The woman behind the counter was not welcoming or friendly nor did she explain things well. Kept telling me that I needed to use different cards and not really explaining why. When I started to get frustrated is when she started to try and backpedal. When I arrived back no one met me outside and the place was a ghost town. Overall NOT impressed….I did the online setup to streamline the process and the two employees were bad enough for me to take the time to write a review about.

We’ve been loyal customers for several years and have 2 large units at this location. We have reported rat feces in our unit to multiple employees, multiple times, and they always tell us to come back when there’s a manager. There is never a manager available, EVER! I’ve tried calling the corporate office with no luck. I had to take this to Google. Someone in charge, please reach out so we can resolve this or I will be forced to close my account with you.

We rented 6x12 trailer to haul our things across country from Florida to Nevada and all the staff here were so kind and helpful. Most especially Terry. He was so informative as we never hauled a trailer before. Thank you Uhaul!!!

Do not use them! It is rat infested and it is disgusting! I can't even get my stuff because the rats are coming out while I'm there! The only solution they have is to come during office hours to deal with it. What is the use of having an after hours number!?!?!?!? I am soooooo disgusted!

I went in today and Karla Moreno was soooo helpful !!! She was the ray of sunshine I needed in these past two horrible days I’ve had. She honestly made my day. Come here for all your needs. She was so empathetic and nice. Great Customer Service.

I went in for picture boxes. The bin was labeled $5.95. The gentleman pulled out 4 of them. The register rang them up at $7.95 when I questioned he told me they are the larger ones. There was no label for the larger ones but yet I thought I was buying the $5.95 ones. The bin was clearly labeled $5.95 and we went around in a circle as he clearly did not understand that it was similar to a bait and switch advertisement. Terrible customer service and experience!

Terry was fantastic. Great customer service. We went there for a car hauler that broke down and Terry managed to put a smile on our faces with his great customer service. Terry thanks for what and how you do it.
