We rented 6x12 trailer to haul our things across country from Florida to Nevada and all the staff here were so kind and helpful. Most especially Terry. He was so informative as we never hauled a trailer before. Thank you Uhaul!!!

Do not use them! It is rat infested and it is disgusting! I can't even get my stuff because the rats are coming out while I'm there! The only solution they have is to come during office hours to deal with it. What is the use of having an after hours number!?!?!?!? I am soooooo disgusted!

I went in today and Karla Moreno was soooo helpful !!! She was the ray of sunshine I needed in these past two horrible days I’ve had. She honestly made my day. Come here for all your needs. She was so empathetic and nice. Great Customer Service.

I went in for picture boxes. The bin was labeled $5.95. The gentleman pulled out 4 of them. The register rang them up at $7.95 when I questioned he told me they are the larger ones. There was no label for the larger ones but yet I thought I was buying the $5.95 ones. The bin was clearly labeled $5.95 and we went around in a circle as he clearly did not understand that it was similar to a bait and switch advertisement. Terrible customer service and experience!

Went to the U-Haul to get some propane the employees were too lazy to come and fill my tank up waited 10 minutes when I went to the office they said they would be right now find another place to buy propane employees just don’t care

Very high professional and customer oriented guys. I had a tow hitch installation on my Dodge Grand Caravan and rented a small truck to move furniture and recently just used fas free parking for my 26" U-Haul truck on my transit from Naples, FL to Palatka, FL.The best U-Haul office I have ever seen.

What ever you do SAVE your time, energy, & money from this location. They overbook their trucks and then try to act like you a truck wasn’t assigned to you. They stated you only created a reservation, but not a truck. I showed them the confirmation that says “equipment has been reserved” no reservation created. He then says they are supposed to call you when they have a truck to assign. I asked when is that and will it be today? He said idk and then said “next” trying to bring up the next customer. I’ve rented Many uhuals & NEVER had this experience and most of them were mobile share to where I didn’t even have to go inside.So here I am on my only day off to move before the 1st and they can’t even tell me if or when I’ll have a truck

Most U-Haul places have a spot where people can leave old boxes for others to take and use. This location doesn’t offer that. They just sell boxes and look at you like you’re lying when you tell them the other locations have a used box bin.

Very professionally, friendly, helpful with adjusting vehicle w dolly while explaining the steps on the do’s and don’ts. This place has a wide variety clean vehicles.

On 8/9/21 My husband and I arrived at the Uhaul at 4001 E Colonial Dr. around 6:30pm to have our auto transport attached to the Uhaul 15' truck that we had reserved for our out of state move from Florida to North Georgia.
