Came to pick up truck and there was no key. Hours are advertised as 7am-7pm but there's no one here and customer service takes forever to respond. On top of all this I was charged after repeatedly entering that I can't access keys.

Completely unorganized U-Haul rental place. Not enough trucks when I arrived and there is no way to pick you your truck without going to the front desk. Chaotic with nothing to show for it!
