They're shady. Always trying to sneak in charges. Tried to charge me $20 for coming 15 mins early instead of following corporate rules, which is to drop off at same time you picked up. They always say there's more gas in truck then there really is. Bumped up my mileage from the quote of .69 to .79/ miles. No customer service skills whatsoever. Only reason I come here is because it's only 1.5 miles from my house. Double, triple check gas and charged before you pay and leave.

the manager questions what you are going to buy. Whenever you go there is no one attending. One has to wait a few minutes to be returned to the counter

Had to drive a Uhaul truck for my move, and the front reception ladies were so wonderful and informative. They were respectful and had answers for my questions. The Uhaul truck was in good condition and clean.

Picked up a Uhaul from this location, have before in the past and was fine. This time was a NIGHTMARE! first get the keys and go to truck to find out it is below E and the original contracts they made were for 3/4 tank. Had to get that adjusted. Then I drove round trip 16 miles total plus filling gas over 1/4 which they credited me for the gas. Didn't realize that they also had the mileage off when I left by almost 200 miles! So my receipt shows I went 211 miles which I only needed to go down the street to pickup furniture. Then because there is no record of me clicking a link for the truck on leaving with the rental a DUSTIN PAINTER for Uhaul says I can't be credited because of no record of that link. WHY WOULD I BE MAKING A CLAIM IF IT WAS CORRECT?! SCAM!100% Uhaul also unbelievable to not help with the mistake due to a link!

Another light mechanics and used tires business operates on this site. DO NOT go there or at least ask the prices well and clarify everything before agreeing on a job. They told me that to change the two front arms the cost of parts would be $ 110 for each one and 100 for labor. At the time of paying the bill they show me a bill for $ 447.30, it turns out that the work was $ 100 for each side. They are scammers in disguise, there is also a guy there who treats customers as worse than donkeys. You do not know how to talk to a client, he becomes spoiled and does not respect.

Rental 7/28 and returned. Tried to charge me 12.00 for fuel which drove under 10 miles and put in 3.2 gallons of gas. Not cool!! Folks....always take pictures of any damage to the truck BEFORE YOU RENT...PLUS THE GAS GAUGE. The people there think they are slick...but playing people dirty.

They treated me fair. At first the charge on my card didn't match my paperwork. After I returned the truck, everything went back to normal. I've rented a truck twice from here.

I should start by stating that calling the 800 number once you have a reservation takes more that 15 minutes to be answered and then you are passed to otherS employees that tries to help. I moved from out of state, used a Ubox and payed extra for insurance. Added help to load the box and my things were treated as garbage. The Ubox door was falling off and an employee fixed it so careless that drilled into our new baby crib. My other daughters $500 ride along electric car end up scratched every where. Upset I called the 800 number to canceled the help to unload the Ubox and I was told it was done over the phone. That I would receive the refund within days. When I called the next day and waited over 15 minutes just to double check if it was canceled I then was told I had to do it online. When I arrived to this store the older man behind the counter was rude and upset that I had canceled the help because by then they had loaded the box into a trailer to be towed. I told him I had called to cancel and he tells me " well they don't tell us this stuff" ( like its my fault the lack of communication they have). Dealing with the insurance for your damage belongings is a headache and takes ALOT of back and forth emails to be told you will only be receiving $100 because things are funcional. I asked for things to be fixed not for the cash but I was denied and told that what they will do is send the check by mail. Thanks to Uhaul my daughters will sleep and play with damaged but functional items.
