The available trucks, trailers, and moving supplies are parked behind the building. The process can be very easy, with kind and super nice people who help make it easy and even assist outside. There is a key drop box for easy pick up and drop off, which is a really nice feature. However, the location can be kind of confusing and result in wasted time trying to figure out the rental service. Some interactions can be surprising, with staff cutting people short and stating they have no trucks, requiring customers to insist on explaining their need to make a reservation. Despite this, they definitely have lots of trucks and lots of great supplies, and they come recommended.
