Worst lady in call.. never picks up phone.. address is taking wrong place

This guy cheated me out my money then when I called him to request a refund he said there was nothing he could do. He then proceeded to file a complaint with uhaul so I would not get my money back. He double charged me for everything then lied about it. Please be careful!!!
