The customer service at the alafaya center is outstanding, my 15ft truck was immaculate clean when I picked it up and I returned it in the same condition. Tracy my CSR was awesome her product knowledge, ability to process pickup & return seamlessly was to me the most impressive service I've experienced with UHaul ever. Thank you again.

Looks like they may need a little more room, but the staff on the lot were excellent to deal with and were able to move trucks and trailers around easily. Friendly staff and fairly quick process makes this a great place to rent from.

Being new to the U.S., I had to rent a U-Haul van three times in the past two months for moving and buying furniture. Their customer service was consistently excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Renting a van was affordable, and the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Alafaya location was very convenient. The facility is spacious, with plenty of vans available, which is probably why I was able to book one on the same day I needed it. Keep up the great work! I look forward to renting from this location again.

Showed up to rent the truck for mobile check in, they give us the wrong key. They give us the right key, we find the truck has had marijuana smoked in it, stinks to high heavens and has ashes in it, it has greasy handprints everywhere, and trim is falling off. Truck was ALL the way on empty, so we immediately had to get gas. Once we filled it up, we started getting low tire pressure warnings and oil change warning. So THEN we have to pay to have the tire inflated. We finally got on our way, doing well under the speed limit because once again, the truck stinks like reefer and we are scared to get pulled over. When we get back, the truck is on about an eighth of a tank,they tell us that if we do not go fill it up, we will be charged so THEY can go fill it up. Well, they sure as heck didn't do that to the person before us.
Much of the Staff looks like a bunch of addicts.

I’ve visited the U-Haul location at 11815 E Colonial Drive several times to gather information for my move, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. The first time I visited, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Orlando. He was incredibly patient, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to sit down with me and work out the best options to make my move as easy as possible. I left feeling at ease, and he even printed out a detailed price breakdown for me—such a thoughtful touch!
On another visit, I met Ms. Sheyla Proctor and Mr. Jason. Both were also very nice and helpful. Ms. Sheyla assisted me with my reservation and provided additional information I needed, all with a polite and professional attitude.
Overall, this location has an amazing team that truly cares about providing excellent service. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a move!
