I had to purchase a new phone for my 93 year old dad who is in a nursing home and I needed help to set it up for him.
I went to the uBreakiFix at Goldenrod and Hoffner to get help. I'm glad I did! Kyle helped me and he was very patient with me. I will definitely go there again if I need anything in the way of help or purchasing anything. I hope they know how valuable he is as an employee. Thank you Kyle! You made my day!

Amazing location and I have not even been in yet. Called with a phone issue and wanted to check if the parts were available. Kyle was my contact, and dude went above and beyond the usual customer service standard that has come to be expected. He looked up all of my data, verified what I needed, let me know how long I was looking at for parts and repair, and even directed me to whom I needed to talk to, in order to verify my coverage. I had to call back and Kyle picked up from earlier and got everything answered, even updated me on the policy changes that may affect me going forward. Spoke clear and kindly while still personable, and made dealing with a broken phone a positive experience. I'm super thankful and will keep with this company/location. Thanks again Kyle!

Key was AMAZING! My external hard drive hit the floor and didn’t work. I brought it in and within 15 minutes she ran a scan and brought it back to life. She is delightful to work with. A real professional with a great personality!
