Came in today with a cracked screen for my phone. Phil T. was the name on my receipt. He seemed angry to deal with me right off the bat. I dropped my phone at 10:00. The receipt to me to come back at 12:09, but he told me to come back at 12:30. I came back at 12:30. He told me to have a seat because my phone was not yet ready. After 45 minutes, I inquired as to how much longer. He said they were running diagnostics, so would be 15-20 minutes longer. I patiently waited another 15 minutes. I heard my son's ringtone in the back room, and saw on my watch that he was calling. He's a teenager and was with my younger autistic son. I told Phil that I need to get that, and he replied "nope". I said "excuse me"? and he said he was till running diagnostics. I explained I needed to answer that because my son is autistic. Again, he refused. I admittedly cursed, and Phil got even nastier. He came back with my phone but refused to give it back. He flat out said he wasn't giving it back to me. I was panicking because I didn't know if something was wrong with my kids or not. Things got very heated, and another customer even told him to go ahead and help me. I told Phil he clearly didn't understand the autistic issue and he said "nope". He was cold, rude, and uncaring. I asked for a manager and was told one was not there. He said they would be in the next day or I could call corporate. I opted to call corporate once I got back to my office. Phil didn't give me a receipt nor did he give me my case back. There is more, but I will save the rest for when the case manager returns my call. I was told by a coworker that a different associate was rude to her mom. I now have concerns about this employee having access to my personal data. It was all so unprofessional. No parent should ever feel like they can't communicate with their child, especially when one is special needs. I'm still highly distressed by this situation. I feel violated by the entire situation and will not stop until I feel that the situation has been rectified. Phil clearly hates his job and resents patrons. Do better, Phil. This didn't need to escalate to such a horrific level. You are 100 percent at fault. If corporate doesn't adequately address this, then they are culpable. Folks, do yourselves a favor and steer clear.UPDATE: Clearly the company doesn't take the time to read these. I clearly stated that I already called you and was waiting for a case manager to follow up with me.

Outstanding ! Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable staff. Harold was great and I would highly recommend to any of my friends. I also got a chance to see how other customers were dealt with… and to no surprise… very professional and informative friendly and honest. In conclusion… My repair was Really fast as well. Could not be more happy with my experience there A+++

Phillip was outstanding. He knew right away what was wrong with my phone and he really cares about helping others. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but compassionate as well. A great asset to the team. I would recommend this location to anyone. Even if I had to drive further I would come back for the superb customer service. Blessings to him and the rest of the team.

Both of the attendants were prompt in addressing me. They were polite, kind and considerate. They gave me very clear information about how much the parts and labor cost for my repair. Upon hearing the complications of my situation, they even offered to reduce the cost of repair. They also repaired my laptop earlier than the projected date. I received the laptop today and the screen looks and functions great. I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience and will be bringing in other products for repair in the future!

They took care of my phone so fast it made my head spin. I really appreciate what the guys did in a short amount of time and they also redid the s21 side color trim to an amazing look for free. It matches my watch now. Harold thank you for everything bud.

Appreciate the great work by Phil and everyone at Asurion! I’ve brought multiple iPhones and a Pixel 6 Pro into this Asurion location for screen / battery repairs, and the repairs are always of outstanding quality.

I was simply trying to get a print out of an estimate to fix my phone, so that I can send to my insurance. They couldn’t help with that. That is why these businesses simply go out of business. They are hiring the wrong people and are willing to lose money so easily. Is not that hard to print out an estimate. But sucks for them.

Brought in a MacBook Pro 16" for keyboard replacement. Multiple keys were dead. It's not on the list eligible for the butterfly replacement issue.Years back, I changed another MacBook's keyboard and it's a nightmare, basically have to dismantle most of the laptop. They estimated 3-5 days turnaround (most shops don't have extra laptop keyboards in stock for every model of laptop). It was ready in 4 days. Their pricing and turnaround was more competitive vs the quote from the Apple store.Overall, I'm very happy with their work, would do business with again, would recommend to others for hardware repairs. High quality work to be proud of.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and easy it was to get my ipad fixed. It was completely shattered. And i was heartbroken. Mark walked me through everything i needed to do. He is very helpful and kind. And the service was super affordable too! Thank you so much Asurion and Mark!!! I definitely recommend this company and location!!!

I have done two iPhone repairs here, both times I was shown options of ways I could save money on the repair. The technicians are respectful and knowledgeable. It’s the only place I go because of the service.

I had several issues with my past 2 visits to this shop. I left my phone to be repaired on the 14th of June.I never received a notification on the status of my repair neither by phone nor email. I returned July 5th to pick my phone up (I had been out of town and unable to pick up my phone) only to be informed that (1) they don’t have my phone in their possession and (2) apparently they filed the transaction as “completed” on June 16th even though I never came by to pick up my phone.This is a serious oversight on their part and I have already filed a case with a support representative from the main office. I’m very disappointed especially in consideration of the otherwise positive experience that I had in my initial visit. Hopefully the issue gets resolved in a timely manner or I’ll have to escalate the issue by filing a police report
