I was in need of a complete hair refresh and Olivia in the stylist department delivered that and more! She was AMAZING, she was gentle and took such great care of me and my hair. I loved my new color and my much needed haircut and blowout she made sure everything was to my liking. If you’re looking for some hair TLC, book with her you won’t be disappointed!

This is my favorite Ulta in Orlando because of Breana and Dante!
Dante was so kind patience as I asked LOTS of make-up questions and questions about prosecutes. He helped me find the perfect match of foundation and share tips about how to blend and level up my everyday look. I appreciate him and I will be back soon!
Breana is the only person I trust with my eyebrows! She is so consistent, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel so comfortable when I go to her and she is great at explaining the process and checking in with me as she goes. I tried tinting for the first time and she did a great color match so I think I will be trying that again. Thanks Breana! . 😊

Oh my! I had the most amazing experience at Ulta after divinely running into Breanna as I was looking for someone to assist me with cosmetic questions and products! Breanna was so kind, patient and simply amazing in her calm, caring approach to my questions. She literally walked me to the product options and I asked her about eye brows! She ended up filling in my eyebrows and showing me the products and brushes I needed for the results I was looking for! I was in Orlando from out of town attending a Conference the entire week! Breanna did a beautiful job applying the make up in such a simple way! I looked beautiful and everyone I came in contact with said so! Even the staff and customers at Ulta! I purchased so many products based on all of Breann’s recommendations! She even helped my dear friend who was in town attending the Confernce as well - while grieving the loss of her husband! Breanna brought such joy!
I just would like to thank ULTA for allowing Breanna to be used as a precious vessel in the beauty industry! She’s beautiful inside out and displays the best customer services ever- going above and above the call of duty to bring out the Beauty in others! The investment is truly worth it! Was harassed to sign up for the rewards membership program. I don't go to Ulta often and said no but was asked to sign up 3+ times as well as asking for my sister or moms rewards which they also do not have with them(a weird angle to take to get me to put a number in). I was told I won't be able to make any returns if I didn't sign up which is a blatant lie. Very disappointing and made me super uncomfortable so i will not be returning.

Every time I come to this location I leave feeling 10 times better.
I was greeted by Jazmine today (6/25/25 @ around 12pm). And the way she greeted me made me feel 10 times better. Literally put a smile on my face. 10/10 for service!

I went to this Ulta to get new makeup before a big event. I normally don’t wear makeup but have been wanting to start wearing it more and thought getting advice from the employees would be a good place to start. All of the employees were so kind (think pretty woman) except for one who spoke about me in spanish to another employee judging how I looked. I don’t look like I understand spanish but I can. If I weren’t already in deep with finding products, I would have left immediately.
How about instead of speaking about customers in front of them in another (common) language, we don’t be judgmental and be kind, whether others can understand us or not. This was supposed to be the start of a fun makeup journey and instead I just kept feeling bad about myself.

Only come to Ulta if you enjoy being followed by loss prevention around before you drop hundreds of dollars. I had the displeasure of visiting Ulta on 6/6/25 with my adult daughter who was there to PURCHASE various products. We sought out help several times from different associates yet were still approached multiple times by an employee who though pointing out skin flaws was a good way to sell. After getting help from a different employee, we noticed a loss prevention person literally lingering and following our every move. I am convinced that this is part of Ulta's culture as other locations are the same and plenty of 1-star reviews mention this specifically. I would suggest properly training your loss prevention staff on how to watch people without them knowing it, but I fear Ulta enjoys this and condones it to keep *certain* people out of their stores. Mission accomplished. For a store that pays associates miniumum wage and sells several high-end brands, you'd think they employees are the ones who need to be watched instead of paying customers who likely make MUCH more than miniumum wage. If you don't enjoy being profiled, harassed, and followed, take your hard-earned money to Sephora where they treat you like an actual person. I will never step foot in another Ulta store again.

Gio!! My star. GIO been doing my hair for several months. His recommendations, his hands, and the treatment he gives are magical. My hair has grown out very healthy, shiny, and stylish. GIO a star. You can't put a price on hands like that.

I met with Yasmin at the Lancome section of Ulta. I needed some assistance with new skin care and make up products. Yasmin was able to determine the best products for my skin and able to give me different pricing options. The shades that she chose were perfect for my skin. She was super friendly, helpful, and wonderful to work with. I’m so glad I was able to get some great tips from her! All staff were friendly and helpful.
