Today I made an order online for 3 items each and one of them said gift with purchase, 2 Carolina Herrera’s 2.7oz good girl bottles and one travel size. I admit I didn’t wait for the email they had still an hour and a half to complete the order, the 1st girl she explained to me for the next time to wait for the confirmation email, that way I didn’t need to wait which I understand and I’m fine with it, now the girl at the counter that picked up my order, Angelica, when I asked for my free gift with purchase she said that I have to call in advance to see if still available and also, that she couldn’t provide the gift with purchase because when I made the order I needed to add it to the cart, I’ve been a customer for Ulta for many years now, I have never needed to do such things. Very disappointed

Had the pleasure of dealing with Efren today! They were so sweet with my mom and sister! We had a nice refreshing mini makeover and learned lots of new tips on doing our makeup. Would highly recommend speaking with them and buying some amazing Lancôme products. 100000/10 would come back! 💓💓💓

GENMARIE. Lemme tell you I just got my hair done today. I LOVE it. It’s highlighted and healthy, exactly what I hoped for and I’m obsessed. I had my hair done at the Ulta Salon with Maria and she was amazing. I fully trusted her with my hair and she did everything perfect. This was my first time dying my hair and I'm very picky with my hair, yet she saw my inspiration tiktoks and brought it to life. Sweetest person to talk to as well! My 3 hour appointment went by so fast!

I booked an appointment with Maria for color without any prior experience or recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier. She matched my color perfectly, and the blowout she gave me was absolutely amazing. Even in the short time I spent in her chair, it was easy to see how much her clients love and trust her.
