Anika was awesome. Super easy to talk to and ask all my questions! She made everything really simple and didn't rush me at all. You don't always get that kind of vibe from a manager, but she was super cool and made sure I was taken care of.

Store was clean.. checking out wasn't the best experience..I had two birthday coupons..one was free gift..I could receive all month..the second was money off purchase..she told me I couldn't use both..I understood.. what I didn't understand is purchase was $146 letting me use the money off coupon would have been better..I don't have money to come back and use it before it expires this month..so now I don't get to use it..or they should let you purchase a few items separately so you can use both gifts.. after all ...I only get one birthday a year...will never go back to this location

Been to this location a few times (newer to the area) and I have some thoughts. In general staff are friendly but some staff while on the clock are on their phones. Half of the makeup testers need to be exchanged for a new opened package. For example, some of the Ulta branded makes up the eyeliners at the end or dried out. On the other hand they don't post prices for waxing eyebrows or other services UNLESS they reposted them. This is the closest location to me so hopefully they'll do a little better.

Shoutout to Favrielle (I think, Iâm so sorry if I misspelled your name) at Waterford Ulta! I sent my partner in with just pictures, and she still made sure she came back with exactly what I asked for â right down to the colors. Thank you for saving us time and making it so easy. Youâre amazing! đ

If I can leave no stars I would. The customer service gets worse every time I come to this location. Some of the employees are rude and donât about helping. And donât let be 30 minutes before closing itâs rush time.

I don't have the slightest clue when it comes to makeup. Joshua (MAC artist) and Alanis were super helpful in color matching and explaining a good routine for the look I wanted. As Joshua showed me products, he also did the look on half my face so I could see how it all blended. They were both super sweet and patient. :)

I needed a little splash of razzle dazzle to my hair and I knew what I wanted so I decided to try Ulta salon for the first time. I met Laâ Portia for a consultation and she was approachable and kind. She listened, she reviewed my inspiration photos, she played in my hair and she took a strand to test. she touched base with me a few days after and we confirmed my upcoming color appointment. The day of my appointment, she was pleasant from beginning to end. She was patient. She was thorough. And she was efficient. She did exactly as I asked and she gave me knowledgable advice. I left feeling like a million bucks. I love my hair. And I canât wait to go back to add more color.

Disappointed by Lack of Support During Motherâs Day Visit
I donât typically shop at Ulta, but I decided to stop by this location todayâMotherâs Dayâhoping to grab a few things during the sale. I completely understand it was a holiday and they were getting ready to close. I work in retail too, so Iâm empathetic to how draining that can be. That said, the experience still left me feeling disappointed and honestly, pretty dismissed.
When I walked in, there were still guests browsing and associates prepping the store, but no one acknowledged me or informed me that they were closing soon. I spent some time walking around looking for a specific shampoo and conditioner combo that was part of a promotion. Even though several associates saw me, no one offered help. Eventually, I approached an employee with light brown hair who was near the fragrance area. Unfortunately, she seemed visibly disinterested and gave off the vibe that my presence was more of an inconvenience than a guest needing assistance.
I explained what I was looking for and let her know I was aware of the sale but couldnât find the product. She gave minimal information, didnât seem familiar with what I was asking about, and after I discovered the shelf was empty, she made no effort to offer alternatives or suggest a way I could still take advantage of the deal. I had to be the one to ask if any other locations nearby had stock, to which she vaguely responded, then reminded me they were closing at 6âwithout offering any proactive solutions.
What really upset me was that no one mentioned I could possibly order the item in-store and receive free shipping, as is often the case at other retailers like Sephora or Victoriaâs Secret. I was left to figure it all out on my own.
After spending time researching and debating whether to pay for shipping or try another store, I ended up placing a pickup order at the Winter Park locationâjust to take advantage of the promotion while I still could. It was an unnecessary level of effort for something that could have been easily resolved with just a little care and attentiveness.
I really wish I had been met with more helpfulness and supportâespecially as a guest trying to shop last-minute during a busy time. A little empathy goes a long way.

I asked for some assistance to look for products by 2 ladies and they just looked at me with a snare when I asked politely and walked away. Both caucasian. The lady at the register tho that was Asian was very sweet when I asked her about a price of a product. Yâall need to do better about employees said discriminate against others.
