I have never felt so uncomfortable at an Ulta location before. Me and my spouse walked in to look for some perfume scents to potentially buy today. As soon as we were in the perfume section a staff member came up and asked if we needed anything. We kindly declined and stated we were just smelling perfumes at the moment. Throughout the store I noticed that other staff members were also looking at us after the first woman came up to us and spoke to them after. The same woman came by again asking the same question another 2 times. At that point me and my spouse were just very uncomfortable with the entire staff and did NOT feel welcomed at all. I asked a different staff member where I could find a specific perfume and she showed so much disinterest in assisting me and my spouse. We will NOT be coming back here again. Not sure if we were treated like that because we weren't white with pin straight hair or because we weren't dressed to impress... If you want to shop comfortably in your own casual clothes, do NOT come to this location! No hate to the company at all but the staffing here? Disappointing.. Do better.

Today was my first time coming to get my hair cut and do a scalp treatment at an Ulta, my stylist Ronje was just absolutely AMAZING!! She took her time, she asked me what I wanted, she showed me how it would look before starting, she was so polite and the sweetest. I will definitely be coming back to see her, thank you Ronje!

Maya Maya Maya!
I was at this Ulta buying perfume when an incredibly sweet, beautiful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE employee overhead some of my perfume preferences and introduced me to my new favorite perfume. I've always thought this perfume would be too mature for me but she changed my mind and I have received so many compliments already! Just wanted to shout her out and also advise anyone who is looking to find a new scent to stop by and talk to her. She really knows perfume and was able to explain so much to me. She is the most lovely human and I really enjoyed my experience with her!

Veronica is the best hairstylist! I’ve gone to her a few times for haircuts and she always gives great suggestions on how to change it up and really look my best! She is knowledgeable on products and reccomends products that will really help your hair grow and stay strong! She always remembers me and how I want it cut and styled. She really is amazing and always executes her work flawlessly and with a smile.
