Unfortunately a disappointment in terms of product and customer support. The blouse I bought has never been worn. Didn't hold up to washing - zippers broke. I tried to exchange it a week later (with the purchase receipt but without the tag attached to the clothes - removed for the first wash) but the manager didn't accept it. I handed over the blouse and asked her to throw it in the trash with the certainty that I will never return to that store again.

I Love the UniQlo down vest. I had 3 so far, received and gave as gifts. Very practical particularly on travel. Yesterday I bought a new one and thought was at the Sale price $19.90 (instead of regular $59.90) as indicated. Wrong. Very misleading sign, placed under under the original price but meant applicable only to the a limited selection of colors placed on the very right end of that rack. This will be reported to the UniQlo corporate as well.

I love uniqlo but highly disappointed by the "alterations" they offer. The dressing room associate refused to hem my pants, so I had to figure out how to hem them on my own with a paperclip........no pins, a paperclip. So I go up to the register and the cashier was confused on how I folded my pants because they were hemmed wrong ? of course they were hemmed wrong, the dressing room associate refused to help! So instead of wasting more time by going back into the dressing room and having an associate actually pin my pants properly, I decided to just buy the pants and unfortunately have to spend money altering my pants elsewhere. I love the clothing at uniqlo, hated the service they provided.

I went for a interview, with a person called Abby Farrilas and it was an unpleasant moment because no one was there to interviewed me. I was waiting for almost 40 minutes and my interview was a 3:30 and still 3:40 and no one showed up. I consider that being very rude because they supposed to be professionals.

Okay location. Decent selection of items and decent service. It's hit or miss. They don't actually offer alterations here anymore for free and also charge for bags, regardless of your purchase point. I understand being friendly to the environment, but if I'm spending $250+ on your clothing, you could provide a bag. We won't be back to this location. Disney Springs has much better service and we still get bags.

I love me some Uniqlo. The quality of the clothing is great and I love the simplicity of each piece. Whenever I’m in the area, which is once or twice a year, I have to make a stop at the store. This is my first time at the Florida Mall location as I usually go to Disney Springs. The one at Disney Springs is two floors so it’s larger and has a bit more but this location was good also. I got some basic shirts for myself and my husband to add to our closets. The mall was busy but the store wasn’t too crowded. Customer service was friendly and helpful and there was plenty of parking. If you download the app and become a member for the first time, you’ll get a pretty nice discount off your purchase also.

My experience with Uniqlo's customer service was really disappointing. I recently spent almost $200 on a few items at their store, and today I went back to exchange a blazer for a smaller size (and ended up making another purchase too). Unfortunately, Melissa, the customer service representative, refused to accept my exchange item. It was completely unworn, with just a tiny water mark on it (which was easily removed by me afterwards as seen in the picture), yet she still gave me a hard time about it. It's really frustrating to see a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I'm not sure if I'll be shopping there again.

Uniqlo does not state on the reciept that thermals are considered "underwear" and, therefore, not returnable. Even with a reciept. Even for the same item in a different size. Things like this should be disclosed on the receipt.Manager stated they know that the sizes on the labels are inaccurate.

Uniqlo is a forever one of the favorites clothing store international. They have lots of good and quality clothes. And if you love anime, a well printed shirt will always be found in this store.This Uniqlo store have 2 stories and wide variety. Really cool employees that helpful.

Lack of customer service , asking to exchange a defective product , with the receipt before the 30 days marked on it!!! Never again to purchase anything in this place!!
