We have called and filed complaints numerous times for these porta potty toilets to be cleaned parking lot this is October 12th these toilets have not been cleaned since July at this point this is a hazard to everyones health and unacceptable we pay a lot of money to park in these lots and should not have to smell this nor walk around the stadium to find another bathroom to use. They should be ashamed!

Our company hired United Site Services in two septate occasions, for portable bathrooms and fencing in Central Florida. Good experience both times, serviced on a timely manner and fairly priced. Will use again

This is how this company cleans the toilets at Lake Dot in downtown Orlando, everyday they clean the porta potties and they throw all the trash and everything from the inside they just throw it out onto the grass it's disgusting I called once to complain about it and they don't care

Absolutely terrible cleaning. They maintain the portable toilets at the airport for Uber drivers. These are the most disgusting portable toilets I have ever seen. Granted they usually get a bad rap for the smell. But one of the units at the MCO airport is completely full. The other smells like death. The other has a whole roll of toilet paper in the urinal slot full of urine and it smells. The toilet paper is soaked because the units leak in the rain. It’s disgusting at how they believe this is acceptable for us to use.

Every time the unit was cleaned, they would throw trash and debris on the ground next to the unit to include tp cardboard, tp, and anything else. They made a clerical error and had the units picked up. I showed the email to the driver showing him the error was on their end. I was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to keep the unit. Ultimately, we lost units and they lost clients

Very disappointed in the service or lack of. Trying to use United Site Services across the US for our jobs has not worked out for us at all. The account reps do not answer their phone nor do they have any urgency to get something done. We had several units in Orlando that were not cleaned for several days/ weeks (after we had set up cleaning 3-4 times a week). The restrooms were covered with maggots, that is how long it had been since they "cleaned" them. When we called the response we received was "Well we can't get there this week but maybe next week" our Superintendents, Warehouse Division and Admins would call everyday and still get the cold shoulder. I would highly discourage anyone from using United Site Services at any location.

Omg the restrooms were too clean. Very impressed after last year which was a disaster. I met a young man Javier who I applaud for doing the dirty work and keeping things in order.
