This dealer was awesome! Janlique was professional, no nonsense sales person and got the deal done!The entire deal took less than two hours from walking in the showroom, until leaving with my GV80!I am extremely happy with the price and the car!

The service team (Ian, Mario, Yami, Marikeyla) are awesome, and have done what they can to make an unfortunate situation better. It has been 160+ days over 12 visits to resolve a single concern:The vehicle is still intermittently panic braking with no objects or vehicles in front, and the Genesis Master Technician, Chris H., has been unable to duplicate the concern despite there being multiple videos of this occurring. Greg G., the manager, has loudly asserted that I should not come back for this issue, instead opting to send out a customer's vehicle with a clear safety hazard that is unrepaired. Whiplash from a rear end accident at highway speeds? Not their concern. Take-home diagnostic black box? Unavailable, please leave. Trade in? They offered less than market value for the car. I'm very unhappy that the safety problem has not been taken seriously by either the dealership or Genesis Motors USA.They sent out a survey call regarding my 12th visit to their premises in as many months, and I have relayed the same information.

TRASH DEALERSHIP!! let me tell you about my experience, I came with my sister, for she needed a new vehicle due to her being in a total loss accident. from the beginning, the atmosphere was very depressing and didn't really get greeted coming in the door. The sales associate we did get was very friendly. Her name is Jennifer. i do recommend her if you must go here. She listened to our needs and understood our finance situation, she helped us get into the perfect car. It took forever for the paperwork though, it felt like they were working on their speed and were not considerate of others time. Once we got all the paperwork finished, it was time to go into the finance managers office. he was the meanest nastiest, laziest, rudest person I have ever encountered at a dealership. His name is Abdel. he was very aggressive and defensive from the beginning, he was really pushy towards what he wanted, and did not care for the customers needs. He was combative and argumentative. He was trying to tell me what i wanted instead of listening. We were very close to walking out, the only reason we didn't walk was because of how much we loved the vehicle. Abdel was not friendly at all and i believe he will be a reason future customers leave. We felt so disrespected it was crazy.

This dealership has provided the worst customer care I have ever experienced at any business. They have had my car for almost two months after fixing a door lock actuator where they ruined my inner door panel. They offered to repair it and "did" when I went to pick it up it looked like someone stuck a piece of gum on the tear in the leather. They then offered to buy new door panel and have ordered the door panel incorrectly the last two times. I still don't have my car and when I call all they do is ghost you or leave you on hold. Don't buy from here don't even get an oil change from here they only have one mechanic for Genesis so they will be happy to take your money and then you're stuck waiting. This has been the worst service EVER. Because of this I won't even buy Genesis again. I wish I could give negative stars honestly because one is too good of a rating.

My car was delivered to them on Sunday evening for a battery replacement. Despite notifying them on Sunday evening and a couple of times on Monday (via phone and text), it's Tuesday afternoon and I still haven't had anyone return my call. I've had good experiences here in the past but this lapse is as surprising as it is preventable. Also, I just caught one of their employees in a lie. Either Gina (extension 1266) lied to me or someone lied to her and she passed on that bad information to me. Filing a complaint now with the Florida AG and the BBB - as I've read through reviews, I notice I'm not the only one to report them.

I recently explored several automobile dealerships within the Orlando vicinity, enticed by their low advertised prices. However, upon visiting each dealership, I was met with disappointment due to their misleading tactics and pricing strategies. Fortunately, our journey led us to Universal Hyundai in Orange County, Florida, which stands head and shoulders above the rest. This dealership distinguishes itself by a remarkable degree. Every member of their team, from salespersons to staff, exudes a truly professional demeanor in both appearance and the execution of their responsibilities. Notably, Jonathan, the finance manager, displayed a remarkable level of transparency regarding the pricing and any associated additional costs. This experience was refreshingly devoid of gimmicks, deception, or the imposition of unconventional dealer fees. The approach was simple: the price was presented straightforwardly, leaving us with the choice to accept it as is or explore other options. Opting for the exceptional deal has resulted in my daughter's satisfaction with her purchase.

You should all consider having an "island" theme. And dress your employees up as sloths or tortoises. Everyone here moves so slow and with lack of urgency. Meanwhile, leadership shows up mid-morning driving expensive cars from other brands and dont greet their employees or help customers. No wonder this place is on "island" time. Just don't expect the cuban cigars and mojitos. Congratulations Universal Nissan / Hyundai group! You win the award for slowest service in Orlando. PS- I will keep buying cars from you as long as you keep giving me great deals. Thats why you get the extra star :)

Typical Florida car dealer shenanigans. The advertised price is obviously not even close to the out the door price. They pull the classic "you must finance with us" and "you must have a trade in" to get some advertised price. Their OTD price is full of junk fees and questionable practices. Their selling techniques are also right out of the 1980s car dealer methods. Talk to a sales rep, sales rep goes and gets the "finance manager" who is nice until you don't do exactly what they want then they get increasingly more combative and personal in their attacks. Classic lines like "we have to keep the lights on" "I need to feed my family" etc. My favorite old school slimy car dealer technique was when I was sitting there and magically one of the two cars I was looking at "sold to an out of state buyer" just right at that exact moment. Amazing! LOL. Sure enough, days later the car that "sold" is still being advertised and is available when I checked. If you want to go into an old school dealer with outdated tricks and games this is the place for you. I would suggest making a bingo card with classic and ridiculous dealer phrases and games and bring some friends to play as you talk to these people. Pretty hilariously bad!

Terrible service department. Arrived early in the morning and took them all day to simply add freon to my ac system. Should have taken them 10 minutes. If you can have service at another dealership. Very unprofessional and unresponsive dealership. Generally low class establishment.

We looked at a vehicle on line. Asked for availability and after confirmation, made an "appointment" to test drive it. We were told to ask for "x" when we arrived. We arrived and asked for "x". A sales person came out and confirmed the vehicle we had had the appointment to drive. Apparently, making the appointment meant nothing. The vehicle had not been moved off the line in anticipation of our arrival. The salesman had trouble even finding it. It was boxed in by other vehicles. After the drive we sat down and received a price sheet that was outrageous. Apparently the on-line price was not the real price. After much hard negotiating we got to a "bottom line" price, which was then raised by $500 after the manager went to get the deal approved. We hesitated and told them we would need a little time to reconsider. We left. In the next 24 hours we decided to make the purchase and via email, texts and verbally, confirmed our decision with the dealership and made another appointment. It took us 1.25 hours to get there. We were told they sold the car 10 minutes before we arrived. This company has absolutely no integrity.

Jennifer was awesome! She got me out of the bad deal another dealership put me in and put me in my G90 liked I asked!! I will be coming back every two years to buy from her!
