The one star is for Hyundai itself both in Korea and the United States. Don’t buy a Hyundai, unless you have a backup vehicle for when your Hyundai is held hostage for weeks to months in service waiting for a “nationwide back order” part. It took 4 weeks to get the awd coupler for my Palisade, a known problem with a Hyundai tech bulletin. Then I took it right back for harsh vibration, which turned out was yet another known problem/tech bulletin, this time for replacing the 3-part prop shaft. Was told parts would be available in a week, but now a week later one of the 3 parts is, you guessed it, on nationwide back order with no known delivery date. The dealership gave me a loaner vehicle but the terms say I can’t drive it out of state. And I need to travel out of state! But here I sit.
So “nationwide back order” means the part is in a Korean warehouse or is yet to be manufactured, waiting for a cargo ship to sail the Pacific Ocean.

Extremely upset!!! My dad took his car for a recall and they broke his door handel and I have called multiple times and been told that we would get a call to have the door handel repaired! It's been a month and still nothing!! I have spoken to Camile multiple times about the situation and I feel like we're in circles with no solution to this problem!! Camile had me in circles she would put me on hold and even hung up on me many times !

I’ve been in the market for a new used car and couldn’t get what I was looking for near me. My husband and I were in Lake Mary for 3 days so we decided to look over this way (3 hours from our home). Willie was the salesman who reached out to me - he was so friendly from the start- gave me all the info I needed and answered all my questions. I told him I was talking to another dealership and he assured me he could beat their deal and was (very nicely) persistent about it. So after some convincing, I decided to stop by… and I’m glad I did! I was surprised to hear I was his first official sale. He was polite, professional, and helpful through the whole process and he and Chris were able to get me the exact deal I was looking for. After I got my new keys, I was honored to be able to cut his tie to signify his first sale and journey on his new career! Good luck to you on your new adventure Willie! I’d recommend Willie and Chris to anyone looking for a new or used car in the Orlando area!!

service department is terrible, i could write a book on the bad services ive dealt with but no point, biggest point is insane lack of communication and the constant hide and go seek to get answers, was told id get a call back and never did, car came out worse then i took it in, if your coming here for service i wish u the best of luck

Have had several friends come in for repairs here after expensive repair costs we are seeing lots of corner cutting in repairs. Techs not reseating screws and using zip ties. Things like this are how people get hurt and killed so consider that when getting your vehicle worked on here it may fail due to Repair tech negligence.

Do NOT go to this dealership.
We had an emergency situation with my daughter's brakelines, and not knowing any proper repair shop in the area, we had AAA tow it to her local dealership. My husband is an ASE senior master technician and has been doing cars for over 35 years, we even own our own repair and auto body shop. We knew exactly what was wrong with our daughter's car, but being in a different state, were unable to fix it ourselves. First off, their labor charges are completely unheard of. I have no idea how it is legal to charge the prices they do. Not only did they refuse to use Napa parts, going with official Hyundai parts only - which for a 2013 car were on back order - leaving my daughter to go without a car for longer than necessary, but they were trying to charge us three times as much as the car is actually worth.
Again, being in a different state, we tried to communicate with them the best we could, and repeatedly told them we were also in the business and knew exactly what was wrong and asked them to ONLY do what we told them to.
We kept on getting the runaround so we decided to call AAA who gave us a list of repair shops in the area they worked with and we called around to see our options. About 10 mins from the dealership we found Rikers who were able to fix my daughter's car the very next day and for a fraction of the price that was quoted to us by Hyundai. It did not need the routers or calibers as Hyundai had claimed, which we already knew. The people at Rikers mentioned how they receive a lot of work from this place, and are also frustrated by how they get away with their price gouging. As fellow people in the business - we were all baffled.
Afterwards I drove it back this dealership to show the shop manager that the car was fixed and showed them the Rikers receipt for the work done - they took no responsibility for their own inflated quotes nor did they care.
I can not stress enough how insanely unorganzied and unprofessional this dealership is. There are many other places in the area that do honest work and are actually respectful of your time.
