I went to Hyundai after a horrible experience at the Toyota dealership in Orlando. These guys really turned my day around. As soon as a came in the front desk set me up with Janlique. We sat down and she asked a couple questions to understand my needs. She took the time to show me multiple cars, used and new. She even offered for my husband and I to test drive a bunch of them. Once I had a couple options she helped me narrow down to what I needed. Negotiations were great, no pressure, they were pretty clear and easygoing the whole time. When it was time to move on to financing, Ramses made everything seem so uncomplicated and fast. They were so helpful and nice. Janlique and Ramses are rockstars!! I came in and in a couple hours I left with the perfect car for my family!

My experience was so amazing went whit my mom to get her a car and ended up whit one too! Sales people were super helpful and answer every single one of my questions since was my first time buying a car, by the way mom love the experience too!!

Well, well, well. Talk about shady sales practices! I saw this 2018 Chrysler Pacifica on Autotrader for $10987. I knew the price was a bit low but it had been reduced several times within the past three months. I put in an inquiry and the salesman (Luis) called me within a few minutes. Luis confirmed the price of $10987. I made an offer and Luis said he would check and get back with me in a minute. A few minutes later the GM, John Smith, called me and said, the $10987 price is only if I traded in a vehicle or financed with them. He said without if I didn't do either one the price of the vehicle would be an extra $1500. He said he was looking at it in writing as we spoke. Luckily I took some photos.

This dealership is a breath of fresh air in the car-buying world. Carlos De Jesus was not only professional but also genuinely friendly. He took the time to understand my needs and provided personalized recommendations. The negotiation process was fair, and I left with a great deal. I'm grateful for their excellent service.

Chris Johnson is amazing!Came to buy a replacement vehicle for a 2023 Jeep that ended up being a lemon; & I was matched with Chris upon arrival. He was very welcoming & professional throughout the entire deal. I was in & out of the dealership in exactly 2hrs. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a car salesman. I will be recommending everyone to him specifically for any vehicle purchases in the future.Update: the lack of communication is a little ridiculous. Drove all the way back to the dealership (because in the first 30days that’s what you have to do for issues) to have some things fixed only to be told they have to order a part. I spoke with the manager Alexis & my sales guy a week ago, the parts should’ve already been in place. Changed my entire perspective of this dealership. The service crew are beyond rude! Not one person even acknowledged me standing waiting to be checked in. Soured the whole purchase of the vehicle…that I’ve only had for 9days

In general, service is super slow, about 4.5 hours for oil change, rotation and alignment. My big complaint is that I access to pay $106 for alignment even though they proved me that the service is needed, as Chevy does for example. So after 4.5 hours I received my wife’s car even worse, no alignment at all and all 4 tires with different psi, absolutely unprofessional. And they want me to buy another car with them, not going to happen. My service was on 12/1 at 7:40 am and Dustin Hopper assisted me.

Went with my Uncle to possibly purchase a vehicle for him and was amazing! She understood what I was trying to do for him and was very professional. Met all our needs and explained the pricing and everything about the vehicle. Besides amazing at her job she’s very sweet and cute too. Giver her a raise! I can’t remember her first name but last name is Vasques and she’s from PR. We ended up buying a vehicle after she showed us a couple of them.

I bought a brand new Tucson 2022 on October 11, 2022. The manager Alex and the seller Carlos Castro sold me a brand new car and in addition to the warranties, it had 3 years or 36000 oil changes included. Today, my car is a little over 2 years old and 26000 and the company refuses to change the oil because they say the car I bought was not new. Don't make the same mistake and buy any car from this company, because, in addition to not complying with agreements, they sell used cars as if they were new, this is very serious.

We had the most amazing experience with Omar Quintana at Universal Hyundai! My mother and I were interested in trading in our cars and we were very nervous to say the least. He took amazing care of us and made the whole process quick, transparent, and stress free. This is one of the best experiences that we’ve had a Hyundai and we cannot stop gushing about how amazing the whole process was. We want to shout out the sales manager Carlos Garces and Abdel from Finance they were both absolutely amazing and worked along with Omar to get us the very best deal and the best experience.

TRASH DEALERSHIP!!let me tell you about my experience, I came with my sister, for she needed a new vehicle due to her being in a total loss accident. from the beginning, the atmosphere was very depressing and didn't really get greeted coming in the door. The sales associate we did get was very friendly. Her name is Jennifer. i do recommend her if you must go here. She listened to our needs and understood our finance situation, she helped us get into the perfect car. It took forever for the paperwork though, it felt like they were working on their speed and were not considerate of others time. Once we got all the paperwork finished, it was time to go into the finance managers office. he was the meanest nastiest, laziest, rudest person I have ever encountered at a dealership. His name is Abdel. he was very aggressive and defensive from the beginning, he was really pushy towards what he wanted, and did not care for the customers needs. He was combative and argumentative. He was trying to tell me what i wanted instead of listening. We were very close to walking out, the only reason we didn't walk was because of how much we loved the vehicle. Abdel was not friendly at all and i believe he will be a reason future customers leave. We felt so disrespected it was crazy.

This dealership has provided the worst customer care I have ever experienced at any business. They have had my car for almost two months after fixing a door lock actuator where they ruined my inner door panel. They offered to repair it and "did" when I went to pick it up it looked like someone stuck a piece of gum on the tear in the leather. They then offered to buy new door panel and have ordered the door panel incorrectly the last two times. I still don't have my car and when I call all they do is ghost you or leave you on hold. Don't buy from here don't even get an oil change from here they only have one mechanic for Genesis so they will be happy to take your money and then you're stuck waiting. This has been the worst service EVER. Because of this I won't even buy Genesis again. I wish I could give negative stars honestly because one is too good of a rating.

I purchased my first Hyundai with them yesterday and it was a great experience. Chris, the salesman, went above and beyond. From the minute I stepped into store to the delivery of my car he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and always trying to get the best deal for me. He is definitely an asset to this company. It was a pleasure dealing with him.I love cars and having the newest features is very important for me. He knew everything, explained it so that I would understand completely.They didn't have the color I wanted in stock and they found another dealer that did. So they got the car in St. Pete and Chris brought the car in by himself (like I said, above and beyond) because I was waiting for it at the store.Transaction was quick and smooth, Mr. King from billing Dept was extremely professional and courteous. Alexis, one of the managers went above and beyond and honored every part of the deal.I have been leasing cars with Toyota for 9 years.Well, I'm a Hyundai girl now ?.
