Their Service center is complete trash. They charged my mom over $4500 in diagnostics and labor for a broken AC and never repaired it. She could have bought a new unit for that price! Their service manager promised not to charge her diagnostics this last visit and did anyway! Total rip off. They like taking advantage of elderly women. Don’t go here unless you like giving your money away.

Today, 12/29/25, I spoke with Service Manager, Alexis Vázquez, the most unprofessional, impolite, dishonest person I have ever dealt with. He gives Universal Nissan a very bad name and reputation. He LIES! He does not know how to properly write an email. A first grader could compose a better email. Do not patronize Universal Nissan unless Alexis Vazquez no longer is employed there. I was there 12/6/25 and a full inspection of my vehicle was done. I was given recommendations and I scheduled to have those done there. I returned on 12/26/25 and was told that an Axle was in critical condition. However, just twenty days before after a full inspection they never mentioned the axle. I wrote to Alexis Vazquez and he replied saying that he did the research and that in fact they did inform me of the axle issue. He LIED. I later spoke to the advisor and he confirmed that at no time was the axle mentioned to me at all. I also had an oil change done on 12/6/25 and yet on 12/26/25 they recommended an oil change. So, needless to say, there is an imminent need for a competent Service Manager at Universal Nissan Orlando.

Gabriel provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about all the different features each vehicle had. I would definitely recommend Gabriel and a nissan pathfinder for your next vehicle.

I had an amazing experience here. I traded in my 2018 Rogue for a brand new 2026 Rogue. Andy was super helpful and made this experience successful.

I purchased a vehicle from Universal Nissan on July 19, and this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
From the start, the process felt rushed and overwhelming. I was not allowed to take the vehicle on the highway during the test drive. Less than two hours after driving off the lot, I returned because the car felt wobbly and unstable. I was told it was just tire pressure and to “get used to it.”
Over the next several months, I brought the car back multiple times for the same issues—wobbling, vibrations, and instability—only to have my concerns minimized or dismissed. A previous sales advisor even told me I was being “stubborn” and that I “get what I get” with a used car.
After sitting in the dealership for five hours, I was reassured my car would be fixed and safe to drive. But once it was finally diagnosed, the tone completely changed. I was handed my keys and told there was “bad news”: all four rims were bent and all four tires needed replacement, with nothing covered under warranty. This was despite the fact that I returned the car the same day it was purchased, and all concerns were documented on camera.
The most upsetting part was dealing with Alexis Vasquez. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—claiming it wasn’t his department, yet involving himself just to say nothing could be done and that my mistrust was “my own problem.”
This dealership failed to address ongoing safety issues, offered no meaningful resolution, and even returned my car with a broken key chain.
Update: Things still remain the same since they falsely diagnosed my car. I received multiple phone calls and emails threatening that if I don’t take my review down before my service visit that, my car would not be fixed—despite them causing my original issue to be worse due to improper balancing. Even after their attempted “repairs,” the same issues—wobbling, vibrations, and instability—persist. This dealership shows a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and concern for customer safety. I still would not recommend Universal Nissan under any circumstances.
