If I could I'd give a minus 5 stars ! Our daughter bought a 2024 Nissan Altima about 2 months ago, first , after she picked it out they took it around the back, and when she finished all the paperwork they brought a different car to her, she knew it was different because this one didn't have the spoiler in the back, but she just accepted it, (take a picture of the car you pick out, with the vin number before they take it around the back), driving home the auto phone charger overheated her phone and got extremely hot. We told her that isn't normal, to take it back to service to get it fixed, first time at service the "mechanic" told her she'd just have to pick it up and let it cool off then put back to finish charging ! So she came back home, I called around to other dealers, and contacted the service manager at Universal Nissan, all said that it was a defect ! So she made another appointment, went back and they couldn't fix it after she waited all day, they ordered a new part, went back, waited all day and they said the new part is also defected ! Now she has to go back later and try again, they haven't offered her any reimbursement, or a different car. I called and talked to service they said I'd have to talk to sales, transferred me to sales, about one minute of explaining what was going on she hung up on me ! We will be contacting a lawyer on Monday. Avoid this car dealership like a plague !!! Horrible !!!

Rafael Cruz provided great customer service. He was so genuinely nice and easy to work with. We had a great buying experience, with the finance department and Rafael making everything so smooth and easy. Rafael really took his time showing us the car, not making us feel rushed or pushing us into anything, and following up with us a couple of days later to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. I would definitely buy a car from Rafael Cruz and Universal Nissan again! We are absolutely loving our new car!

Angelo Rivera is absolutely phenomenal. During an incredibly difficult situation, Angelo helped me and was really awesome. (He sure knows his stuff), he made it much easier and helped me have a great experience in getting my new car. My wife and daughter have also purchased other vehicles through his help and are very happy. Everyone at this dealership is amazing. I had another great experience at Universal Nissan. This was my first time buying a car and Rafael Cruz was amazing he made this process easy and made me feel at ease. He answered all my silly questions and concerns with a smile. He was patient and knowledgeable. Josh over in Finance was also amazing. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for everything. My experience was great from beginning to end . And i LOVE my car.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I have been wanting to purchase a truck for years, I went in to repair my wife’s car with no intentions of getting a truck I decided to look just for the heck of it. I was met with the nice and courtesy sales agent” Adderly Jimenez”he was not pushy he checked all options I told him my budget he worked hard was kind and courtesy to my family. I even left and went to another dealer and decided to come back again the same day because of his kindest to my family. We purchased a Nissan frontier the whole process was smooth the family is happy, I will be recommending Adderly to more friends and family as well as Universal Nissan.

Alexis Vazquez's behavior was rude, condescending, angry, raised his voice, and his aggressive mannerism scared my wife.When we were leaving because the deal wasn't working for us and the sales consultant asked us to wait and that a senior manager wanted to take another look at the deal, my wife decided to just stay in the car because she didn't want to be around Alexis and his wild obnoxiousness. She thought he might have been strung out on something because there's no way that was normal behavior.What's more troubling is that Alexis felt comfortable behaving like that which tells you it's the culture there. There were witnesses.

Universal Nissan was my ONLY choice for the purchase of my new 2023 Nissan Sentra. My salesman Albert was perfect! Prior to coming ...I was somewhat apprehensive about having to deal with a car salesman. But, Albert made the process easier than 1,2,3. Questions of my "wants, needs, bells & whistles "; to my reality, budget & financing. He was Amazing!! I can't believe how easy & pleasant the whole buying process was; but I know it was because Albert is so well trained & knowledgeable. Thank you Universal Nissan!! I LOVE my new car. I am so pleased and grateful with Julio Valdez service. I went in with my 2018 Nissan Rogue for maintenance service and came out with a beautufl black 2023 Rogue Platinum for my wife Janice .He made all the explanation and smooth process so easy. He has a great personality and very kind. It was a nice experience.

Talk about taking utter advantage of your customers. These people don't deserve a business license, from the upper-level management to the greasy mechanics and salesman they keep around. I entrusted them to service my Nissan for my parents to drive 1,000 miles. Instead of providing value, these incompetent people half-heartedly worked on my car while making sure they took their sweet time to charge me for every billing out possible. They charged me $1,400 to get absolutely nothing done. Slimy workers and a complete abomination of business principles. Would never return if my life depended on it. 1 star is still too high for such a subpar and incompetent company and structure. I'd rather take my chances at Firestone above these imbeciles.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.My husband bought a truck from here and within the first week of purchase it through a code for the break light switch. They wanted him to drive 2+ hours with no working break lights in order to fix the issue. They then refused to pay the deductible on the fix where he then had to come out of pocket himself to get it fixed. Not even a few days later his truck through another code, this time for the break sensor. He called and was told to drive it the 2+ hours that they had 2 appointments available for 7am and 3pm but the 3pm he wasn't guaranteed his vehicle back the same day, so of course he took the earlier appointment. He gets there and is told the person he needs to see wouldn't be there until 9am. Already was on some BS. Then come 9am, is told there isn't anything they can do and that he has to take it to another dealership, to which he again has to pay out of pocket for! I've never in my life heard of or personally dealt with any of the BS my husband has been through with these people.If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle I suggest you find another one, you will in fact be disappointed because this dealership is NOT where it's at.
