My experience with UP COLLISION CENTER LLC, owned by Argel, has been a frustrating and costly ordeal. I paid them 50% upfront for a repair that was initially promised to take just two weeks. However, the situation quickly unraveled as they repeatedly requested additional funds for vague reasons and then failed to deliver on their commitments. To make matters worse, they used the parts I had paid for in my car to repair another vehicle without my consent, leaving me without my vehicle for over four months. This unprofessional behavior has caused immense inconvenience and financial losses, and I am now compelled to take legal action to resolve this matter.

If you do not to loose your money do not go in this place, you will be screwed like there is no tomorrow as soon as they get their hands on your money you will find loads of hidden problems but they will never be there for you.

I saw an announcement of the car on the marketplace and asked for information, they took too long to answer and when they answered they didn't give me information and asked for my phone, I thought it was strange and asked again if the car was available and the answer was “Yes it is when will you like to come in”The next day I decided to go see the car, when I arrived at the store I knew that the car had already been sold for 1 week.They keep the car advertisement active and say it is available even when it was sold, I traveled over an hour to find it out on the spot, I lost precious hours, and I feel cheated!
