Came in this morning to do my husband's I9 and the guy behind the counter (really heavy set black guy) was extremely rude. We said hi, good morning and what we were there for. He huffed, rolled his eyes and barely spoke one sentence to us. Only cause he had to ask my husbands name for the I9. Other than that not greeting or even responding to us talking to him at all. As per the reviews, seems the staff is just down right rude anyways. Last time we go to this location. Avoid it at all costs. I dont know why companies hire peope who hate their jobs and have no issue showing it.

When you’re in a bind to print important documents before a big meeting, who do you think of? UPS! Not anymore. Showed up after they open at 8:30am and no one there. Store still closed and people lined up outside.

Avoid this location. The staff there don't even know their own rules. I went in to open a mailbox and was told because I'm Canadian that it's against the rules. Which I knew was incorrect since it doesn't state that anywhere on the application and I've also opened up a mailbox here before. The application form also has several spots for a foreign country so it's obviously an option. The staff was friendly enough but they are clearly not very well trained or they just don't care. I tried politely explaining to her several times that I meet all the criteria according to their own application and I've opened a mailbox with them recently but she was too stubborn to care. I went to another location and opened a mailbox with no issues. As I knew I could. Pretty bad when a random customer knows your store rules better than you do.

I don’t use the word hero lightly, but Mustaehh literally saved me over $3k by asking a simple question. It was awesome experience shipping a package. Team was fun and funny, we laughed, we cried, we bonded. This is definitely the best UPS store ever! Heroes!

Friendly staff. It's a $2.50 flat fee to do any printing, and then an additional $0.50 per page after that. So definitely go to Kinko's or office Depot down the road to print for 20 cents a sheet.
