Ashley’s conversational and listening skills are top-notch. She takes the time to understand your needs, answers questions with patience and clarity, and always makes you feel heard. Whether I’m shipping a package or just asking for help, she handles every task with professionalism and a kind, personable touch.
I also want to recognize Carlos, the manager, for fostering such a positive environment. His leadership is evident in the way the team operates—but it’s Ashley who truly shines on the front lines.

Excellent customer service. This is my second time in a week to call attention to excellent customer service from this location. I don’t do this often at all but I’m very impressed. The people are extremely helpful & friendly. They are quick but I never rushed.

I go in monthly to return a package (I am a subscriber to a clothing rental service) and I have to tell you, at least 50% of the time this place is not run efficiently at all. If you’re the *only* one in there, it’s fine. But let there be a line and it’s a mess. Last month when I was in there, there wasn’t a line yet. Just one person getting help, 4 workers. You would think only one employee is needed to help this woman, but two began talking to each other, another was avoiding all eye contact with the line growing behind me and seemingly doing nothing, and another guy decided to answer the phone as the line got to be 10 people deep. Meanwhile I still hadn’t been helped or acknowledged. The phone should always come last when you have a ton of customers standing in front of you. Not a single apology or “I’ll be right with you.” It was actually insane.
Also don’t ever think you’re gonna print a label here unless you wanna spend $5. Gouging.
