On 4/22/25 I fainted outside UPS store at 3208 East Colonial, 32803 and fracture a bone in my face. Although not their job, Cody, Jasmine and Zasha quickly came to my aid. They contacted my son to inform him of what happen and where I was. They cared for me until the medical team arrived. Their kindness and quick thinking made all the difference in getting me prompt medical attention.
After released from the hospital, What truly touched me, was when I called five days later to thank them, Cody answered the phone, and instead of accepting praise, he just kept thanking me for calling — saying they had all been thinking about me and worrying about how I was doing.
In a world where young people are often unfairly judged as self-centered, these three stood out as shining examples of compassion, maturity, and integrity. It speaks volumes about how they were raised and the values they carry — qualities that make them not only exceptional individuals but truly valuable employees.
I hope their employer recognizes how lucky they are to have Cody, Jasmine, and Zasha on their team. They are a tremendous asset to UPS.
My family and I are forever grateful for their help that day.

This store is awesome! Steve suggested the perfect paper for my flyers to get printed at a great price. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly, even when they’re swamped with people. I drop off packages throughout the week for my business and it’s always seamless. Really appreciate the care! Thank you!

Fast but extremely rude. Especially the big girl with the faded tattoo on her right arm. She obviously doesn’t want to be there. I advise she finds a new job if she’s so miserable.

They are some of the nicest MOST WONDERFUL guys that I have EVER worked with. I've been across seas for years and they are ALWAYS able to get mail to me no matter the country and no matter what it is that comes up. THEY are THE BEST and the most trustworthy and reliable. I could not do my overseas travels without them

I get printing done here regularly for clients. Sometimes there’s a line or new crew but overall they’ve been great.

they said I had to give 2 forms of ID to renew a box, we started the process and they made copies, then they left my page of IDs on their back counter and said theyll finish it later. I asked for my page back - they refused. I had to tell them I'm not leaving without it and would call the police. They were yelling at me as I walked out the door.

Due to the chaos of moving, had to bring in a huge 70 pound rug that semi-unraveled on the way to UPS for a return.
Cody was super helpful and friendly, assisting me in unrolling and rerolling the rug, and getting it prepped quickly and easily for return.
Great and professional experience. 5 stars!

When sending, the manager made a mistake by not indicating the apartment number and when we asked to correct the mistake, and the next day when we arrived, he said he couldn’t help with anything and told us to do it ourselves on the website, although earlier in the same office they helped us and corrected the mistake if we couldn’t do it ourselves
