Lost my package. Employees unfriendly and unhelpful. Don’t even bother calling because they won’t answer and their mailbox isn’t set up. They also play really loud music in the store.

I was very excited at the initial start of my connection with this UPS store because it gave me an opportunity to have mail delivered separately for my business to this location. Unfortunately, I have recently moved and have not been able to access anyone in store via mail or by telephone to close out my box it’s as if they’re holding my mail hostage so that I cannot move on to a new venture. Please contact me so that I can close out my mailbox at your location as I no longer live in the city of Orlando or within the county. This is unacceptable that you are running your business in this way, and not communicating with your clients.

They advertise heavely how they do all sorts of printing jobs but most of the staff is clueless as to how to print something as simple as a one sided color page, a third grader can do that nowadays. The hipster heavy set kid, don't go to him, he has no clue what he is doing at the store. You would think he would have learned how to do a simple print job by now.

Absolutely horrible ! They guaranteed a extremely time sensitive document to be delivered on Jan 2 and it wasn't delivered until Jan 4th. When I called the store per request of ups customer service number. The employee was extremely rude and hung up on me. I do not recommend them to anyone and I am filing a complaint with usp on this store. Absolutely horrible experience. Go to FedEx!

Please avoid this store at all costs. My son and I paid for pecking and shipping of a computer on December 27th. Said computer never shipped and never got logged into the system. We thankfully insured the shipment, but plan on suing the store for theft.Two days ago they claimed they didn’t have the right box to ship it. Today they had no clue where the machine might even be. Like I said, avoid.

Avoid this UPS store. They take forever, lines backed up to the door, no smiles or friendliness from employees. I kept thinking maybe it was just an off day or I was catching them on a bad day, but they’re all just miserable employees. They also will not package your Amazon returns even if the code says no box, no label if they decide they don’t want to. Terribly inefficient to have such bad customer service attitudes to boot.

This is a good one. They're very fast. Super place for making automated returns and they always have an instant receipt for you. Great for shipping. They sell boxes too. They sell it all.

This place is acting as a front for "The Local House Buyers". Yes I totally understand that the business is likely not in on it, but I find it hard to believe that the owners of this business do not know that a mailbox user is using one of their mailboxes as a front so they can hide their identity and send out mail harassing people to buy houses with low ball offers. When your quarry goes to ground, leave no ground to go to.

Make sure you get a receipt for your return!!!I have been returning Amazon items here since years. The one time I didn't take the return receipt the item never got returned and I ended up being charged. The service at this location is fast and efficient.

Over the years I have received fast and professional service. Every associate has always been very willing to be helpful and kind. This has remained consistent through the years.

Christian went above and beyond to shrink and laminate my DOT medical card. They were super busy and the girl working was doing awesome as well! Will definitely come back for shipping needs.

Update: I believe in being fair, after going in person at this location amber the costumer service representative went above and beyond to assist me with my package issue. She rectified the issue caused by UPS not the store directly and my package was finally delivered in a time manner. She was very patient and kind. Once again, thank you amber.I have called multiple times this morning regarding a package i shipped from this location containing legal documents and no one has answered the phone although the business operations state they open at 8:30AM.-Additionally, i mailed my package from this location. The office in which it was being sent had a change of address. I contacted the store directly and had them update the new office address. The assistant on the line ensured my that the documents would arrive next day and at the latest a day later. The packages have now been returned and i am not able to get an update because no one will pick up the phone. I don’t appreciate the run around and wasting my money to overnight something if it you knew it was not going to be delivered as promised.i

I needed to send a dozen boxes from Orlando to Chicago but I didn't want to pack them. The staff at this location were very helpful - packed all my items & provided choices for shipping costs. I needed the boxes to arrive on my schedule & they were able to make that happen. Great customer focus!

I came to drop off a package and was having an unrelated very bad and frustrating day. I somehow ended up complaining about my day to the UPS worker and he took a moment to be very kind to me when he didn’t have to. I should have asked for his name, he had long brown hair in a ponytail. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize him because his small act of kindness really went a long way.
