Seems like a very busy store as I came on a Saturday morning at 10am to drop off spectrum equipment.
There was one young lady working up front ('Thay' I believe was her name) that was very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. Hopefully the company is taking care of her!

associate argued with not only myself, but also an amazon associate in order to avoid taking an item. the amount of sass that i received regarding an amazon return is ridiculous. i had to stay on the phone with an associate for 20 minutes just for them to get frustrated with the ups employee and give a full refund without sending the product back. thank you for wasting my time and embarrassing yourself in front of an entire store of customers.

This location is convenient and has great customer service. Team is friendly and helpful. I drive a few extra minutes to go to this store instead of the one closer to me.

I got there a little bit before closing with all the intention of being quick, all I needed was to use the computer that is always on the costumers side or next to the printers to print something. They denied me the use of the computer saying it was “forbidden” to use when at EVERY OTHER UPS that I’ve been at I can pay to use the computer to search documents on my email, modify them and print. They were very rude, not giving an explanation at all, saying “its just the way it is you can’t use it here”. Horrible costumer service get some new employees that know how to treat a costumer please

I had a great experience getting a document photocopied. Employee 328364 was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. She guided me step by step, making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. Even though it was a small task, she treated it with importance and made me feel valued. Her patience and professionalism stood out, and I left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend her service!
