I have been running businesses since 1988 and have dealt with several locations of The UPS Store over the past 35 years. However, the experience that I recently had at this location, showcasing the incompetence of their manager and work team, will make me reconsider ever dealing with this company again. A level of incompetence so great that the owner sacrificed 35 years of customer goodwill, and a negative review, rather than refund $6 - as had been originally promised to me. I had purchased a small 12"x12" box on the condition that if I was able to obtain a free box from USPS (which I did), that the cost would be refunded. This position changed as soon as I presented the item for return - in pristine condition, less than 48 hours later. No tears, stains, rips whatsoever. Yet the manager, "J.P." stated he could not refund the money because he "could not be certain of the integrity of the box". Despite it being in pristine, unused, still folded original condition, of course. He refused to honor the refund that had been promised to me upon purchase, and considered saving $6 to be preferable to losing a customer and gaining a negative review. Where exactly does UPS find managers of this calibre? After 35 years of doing business with this firm, which used to offer great customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Please keep in mind that USPS offers FREE shipping supplies, and Staples is much more competitively priced - and offer simple and easy refunds. Customer service is a lost art these days and by patronizing businesses like this one you're only encouraging its further decline. Do yourself a favor and avoid this inept, unprofessionally run store. They're doing damage to the entire brand.

The worst UPS office, the staff owners as they said were very rude. Poor customer service and business relations. Never come back this location.

Lack of options. Only ground available and you couldn't add additional insurance. I had to stop at another location to find service.

The ups store in my community is the best not just because they are in close range but because they are amazing. They really help me with my packaging. They made me and boys feel very welcoming. I’ve been sending my boxes via local mail but their boxes are too small and vey expensive. Once I walk in my UPS STORE I explain to the lady that I wanted to send a medium box from Florida to New York and she explained all sizing and prices and even help me tape the box and it was less than five minutes the whole process was done and I was satisfied. My ups store is the best

Stopped in today to get a document notarized and even though their notary service is usually already concluded by the time I got there, they were kind and quick and were able to help me get my form notarized in minutes. Great service! Thank you!

The manner in which the employees speak to the customers is very unprofessional. I was waiting for my turn after the employee was reading an email from an irate customer and bashed the customer. Good thing the customer couldn’t hear her. Then the other employee decided to help me and as I was holding the item from Amazon for a return, I was going to hand it to him and he said “ put your item on the scale.” When I tried to give him the return slip from Amazon, he said “ I don’t need it just turn the document around where the code is” as I turned it around he said “ move your finger. It would be better if you pull it up on the phone instead of a document”. All awhile with an attitude. First of all he doesn’t know if the item belonged to me to make such request. He acted like he couldn’t touch the document. VERY unprofessional.

I have been going to this UPS for 2-3 years. I only use to return items to Amazon. I have always been treated with courtesy. They are fast and concise. Never a problem. Never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

I come to this store regularly, especially when having to return items to Amazon. Not only do they provide very quick service, but they are consistently so friendly and helpful, regardless of who is assisting me. It is a pleasure to use this UPS store for shipping, returning items and printing and I highly recommend it.
