I go to UPS and always try to have my items ready to go… today was not that!!! I was a mess, but Emma was a champ! So patient, kind and extremely helpful. She gets all 5 stars for sure!

By far the best UPS store I have been to. The customer service was top tier the moment I walked in. They gave great direction even while they were helping other customers. The ladies working were funny and had a great vibe to them. They were great with every single customer that walked in while I was there.

Lady at counter was incredibly rude and moody to me. I had a simple Amazon return, and she directed me to a self service kiosk. The bags to put returns were all gone, and she gave me attitude over it for no reason.

The worker there was fantastic her name was Faye and I received the best customer service from her, she helped me pick the right size box and even gave me options to choose one of my liking, she helped me pack everything in an organized way and was super super patient with me when I needed to wait for my funds to transfer so I could pay, honestly she’s the best and deserves recognition for her work ethic, this was my first time shipping anything with UPS and just because I received the best customer service I will definitely come back to this location, I loved it there.

I have been going to this UPS store since they opened. Always a good experience.
Recently I mailed 2 large paintings and the packaging was excellent and the pictures arrived safely.The recipient said it took 20 mins to unpack as they were so protected.

Can you please update your hours on google to actually match what your store hours are? You have several people waiting outside at 850 because your information states 830.
