UPDATE 1/4/24: They should change their name to Nickle and Dime store. They tried to charge me $1.50 to put a piece of tape on top of a box. No thanks!The staff has always been helpful but my last trip was very disappointing. When processing an Amazon return package, I was informed I needed a “printed” return label and not just the QR code on my phone. The lady behind the counter said I could email it to them and they’d print out the label for me at a charge of $2 which I questioned but was told that’s their policy. Seems to me they’d be more helpful and print the label at no charge as any printing costs would be covered by the shipping revenue. I left the store without shipping the package and contacted Amazon who gladly picked up the package. Hopefully, this store reconsiders this policy as it seems a bit ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible costumer service! I've been going to this location for a couple years and have randomly had issues but most of the time I deal with one woman that is really nice to me and my daughter. Not sure of the name of the associate I dealt with this last time but she was awful! Was incredibly rude and seemed miserable at her job and just overall annoyed to help me. I'm done with this location!! I will just stick with the SODO location from now on.

I consistently receive great service at this UPS location. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I come on a regular basis for my shipping needs and have never had anything but a great experience.

There are other reviews on here mentioning the behavior of some of the people who work here, and while I can't speak for those reviews, I can say based on this experience there is definitely an issue with management here.Went here recently to help my mom make a return, the store was not busy and unfortunately there was an issue through the UPS system in finding the account. The manager who was assisting initially had us step to the side while we called the company when another customer came in. After waiting for that customer to finish up, the representative had a potential solution for the manager to help solve the issue and the manager rudely dismissed the entire thing without even hearing the suggestion. What was most surprising was that there was no aggression up until this point, no demands being made, it caught us so off guard at her flippant reaction. On top of scaring my mother outright, the manager then started making unprofessional and derogatory comments, so we quickly left.We will never return to this store again.Absolutely unacceptable to have anyone be treated this way.

Convenient location to print an item. 19 cents for a page, fair enough! Oh wait you have to pay $2.00 just to send them an email with the file. What a joke ?

Very awful store i had friend who went to pick up package and they “destroyed” package because he was supposedly supposed to pay 20 dollars for a box jus for them to hold packages awful place never go there.

Check before bringing returns. The email with directions on returning an item said to drop off at a UPS store. This store said they don't do that because something on the label said USPS as well as UPS. So even though the email directions and the label said UPS, they refused to take my item. I've gone to this store multiple times but will hesitate before going again. When I questioned why they wouldn't take the item I was told "we just don't do that."

Great location but the opening time is incorrect and it seems like no one is willing to update that information properly. Multiple people were waiting in their cars due to this location not being open at 8:30 AM but 9 AM.

They have incorrect hours and have not done anything to correct this even after been told to the manager and corporate. I sent several email and pictures of the hours.

I have had no issues with this location; although every time I've gone it's for super simple Amazon returns. Each encounter with employees has been pleasant. Sometimes there is a line as it seems only two people are ever working the line. I have not waited more than 5 or so minutes when I stop by during the week day. Be sure to arrive before closing time because they lock the door right at time. On one visit my clock said three minutes til and they were locking the door and told me they were closed. I politely held up my phone to show not time yet and asked that I please be let in. They had no problem allowing me, and in turn the next person as well. They did return to lock the door at the exact closing time and two more people attempted to be let in and were turned away.
