I ordered item from vendor that was shipped by UPS and scheduled to be delivered 3 days ago. My package has bounced around in transit. This facility is not open on weekends to retrieve NOR can I schedule delivery as initially promised.I am very dissapointed with UPS.

Had a large package I ordered that could be delivered to my place so I sent it over to the customer center. All I had to do was to show my id and the tracking number and the nice lady went to the back and brought it out and I was on my way. If I ever have any more large packages I’ll be sending them this way ☺️

The worst experience and absolute disappointment. I was supposed to receive official document to travel by priority delivery.Not only they have failed to deliver, they held my package and were not able to find it when I showed in person to pick it up. A huge disappointment.

Terrible, they say the packet arrive a day and time and never arrive. And I did pay the service next day air. But the time was 4 day. It is no longer worth trusting that service and even though with UPS I was starting to trust their service.

Had issues with a package, waited all day for a delivery. Called customer service as no one notified me that there was a security issued. I went ahead and gave the customer rep the gate ahead, and they proceeded to put in a request for a redelivery and told me someone will reach out within the hour. 4 hours go by, no one has called nor has anyone tried to ring the gate. I call customer service again and they put the request in again. 3 hours go by again no one has tried to ring the gate or reach out to me yet the app is saying that someone has tried to enter again. Why are these drivers getting away with inputting false information. I don’t have time to just sit back all day and go back and forth trying to get my package. UPS is the only delivery service that I have ever had this issue with. I won’t be buying anything that will be delivered from UPS ever again!!!

“Customer service” employees are on their phone and don’t know or care about their job. Terrible experience every time i have to go there because of the lazy ups drivers don’t want to carry heavy packages.

It's with significant disappointment that I write this review for UPS. A company of its stature and legacy should be leading the pack in terms of reliability and punctuality, but my experiences have been far from that. On multiple occasions, I've found my packages arriving later than the stipulated delivery date. Not only does this throw off my own scheduling, but it also erodes the trust I once had in UPS as a dependable courier service.It's not just about the waiting—it's about the inconvenience and disruption it causes, especially when time-sensitive deliveries are involved. And while I understand that occasional delays can occur in any logistics chain, the frequency with which this has been happening has made me reconsider using UPS for future shipments. I hope they can address these issues and restore the confidence many of us once had in their services.

I have gone to pick up packages in the storage facility 8 times in the past 3 weeks, because they always fail to deliver, I’ve seen ups trucks all over my area, but on my street they never deliver, and still charge for tasks delivery. Please do you efing job.Update: they ask me to go to twitter to send a message just to be answered by a bot that did nothing for me. Between the answer machine and social media bots this customer services is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Everything is good parking is available but now after the pandemic they cut hours from 1-5pm they are closed and that one makes it difficult for ups boxes

I drove almost an hour round trip to pick up a package that was supposed to be one day air that was 2 days already late. They said that it was on the truck and they couldn’t give it to me until it was delivered the next day (3 days late). Extremely upset that they couldn’t grab it for me.

When I had issues with my package not being delivered while I was home, the lady on the phone was extremely rude to me from the jump. I was doing my best to remain calm but firm, and she kept interrupting and getting an attitude with me. I did everything on my end to ensure my package could be delivered, yet they wouldnt take the blame for the driver not seeing my door code and trying to deliver 3 hours outside of the delivery window after we specifically discussed when I would be home. No apologies, nothing. It’s almost like they don’t want to deliver packages lol.

Waited all day for a package was supposed to be delivered Friday . It didn’t show, driver said they couldn’t get in (we have a gate. They never tried to buzz us). Said it would come Saturday . I waited all day only for the same issue. So I called and spent an hour on the phone being bounced around from person to personfor a supervisor to assure me they would have it delivered to me by 9:30. Nope. The driver again said they couldn’t enter. Even after I explained they have to find my last name and I buzz them in for over an hour to the customer service.I needed this work equipment to start my job Monday but won’t receive it in time now because their incompetent drivers don’t know how to find a last name in a gate box and click “call”.Thank youFor wasting my Friday and Saturday and leaving me unprepared for Monday .

This company is TERRIBLE to try to report a claim to property damage to our gates. They need a tracking number but we are a gated community and we have no idea who was getting a package, just that the driver drove through our gate and didn't stop and caused over $300 worth of damages. Does anyone have a contact number and real live person I can speak with? So frustrated with all these "website" claims. Its a joke!
