Horrible experience! Just wanted to print 5 copies which cost $0.70 cents. Ended up paying $6dollars because they make you use their computer and charge you for “ computer time” The computer wasn’t even working well which cost me more money! The employee said it the owner who implemented this scam as other UPS stores you can just email your copy and they print it for you with no “ computer time” cost

Ask for tape to reinforce my
Package I was told that I had to buy some tape. I never had a problem with getting tape to send a package
This young lady must don’t know what she is doing. UPS 8015 International Dr
Orlando,Fl I waited to she took at least 6 customers and the ups driver came to tape my box .

I had a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Ivy especially went above and beyond to assist me she was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service these days, and Ivy truly stood out. Highly recommend this location!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently visited this UPS location near I-Drive to drop off two heavy boxes. I opened the door myself while struggling to carry both, and unfortunately, I was not greeted or acknowledged upon entering. There were two employees present—one man and one woman—who were engaged in conversation and laughing behind the counter.
Although I didn’t ask for help, the lack of professionalism stood out. When the female employee assisted me, she made an error on my label and had to correct it by writing over it, which didn’t feel very professional. Even during the scanning process, her demeanor felt dismissive and gave the impression that assisting me was inconvenient.
While I understand everyone can have an off moment, customer service should always reflect a helpful and respectful attitude. I hope this feedback encourages improvement for future customer experiences.

Fast, effective and friendly service. I was in a bind due to wrong packaging. This did seem to be a problem for the staff who helped me quickly. Would definitely use this location.

You’d think in 2025, people wouldn’t be homophobic anymore—but that wasn’t my experience here. My partner and I tried to get a domestic partnership registration notarized here. The notary (a gentleman with silver hair) was all ready to go until he realized that it was a domestic partnership registration for two guys. Then, he just refused to do it because “he didn’t feel confortable”. This was very hurtful, as I think almost anyone can imagine. Another UPS store was able to notarize the document right away, so it’s not like the document itself was unusual (it was a government form with a notary section on the bottom). If you have UPS store needs, there are plenty of other locations to choose from!

Location is great. Fast and efficient at this location. I have been to several locations and I usually have to wait. The staff is courteous and friendly.

Madison and Adriana amazing people it was my first time ordering with Amazon they helped me out so well regarding my packages they are very nice very patient I'm definitely ordering from Amazon and sending my packages to this location from here on out very respectful nice atmosphere very clean UPS pickup location again Madison and Adriana are amazing God bless you both my experience 10 Stars across the board
