They charge a service fee and weight for returns. Lady saw me promptly but only waited until after the other customers were done to tell me about this. Bad service, bad location for a ups store.

Poor, poor, poor customer service, this location’s closing time is listed as 3PM. So why? When I walk in the door at 2:49PM am I told “oh sorry I already closed the system and can’t ship your item.”? This is beyond a joke. The lady working there also proceeded to tell me “it won’t go out til tomorrow anyways.” Completely disregarding the fact that I wasted a trip to the ups store & the fact that I work most of the day tomorrow so I may not even get to send my item out at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’m extremely disappointed and frankly outraged by the outrageous fee I was charged just to receive my packages — nearly $200! That is absolutely ridiculous and completely unjustifiable. Never in my life have I encountered such an absurd charge for something so basic. This feels like a scam, and it’s left a terrible impression. I will definitely not be using this service again, and I’ll make sure others are aware of this exploitative practice

I ordered some packages to be delivered to the DoubleTree by Hilton in Orlando, as I usually do when I travel. To my surprise, when I went to pick them up at the front desk, I was told I had to wait for business hours and go to the UPS Store to retrieve them myself. When I did so the next day, I was charged approximately $200 for package handling.
To my surprise, the UPS Store is aligned with the hotel to manage package distribution for guests, charging exorbitant handling fees in return. Never in my life have I been charged anything more than a symbolic fee for package reception at a hotel—certainly not $15–$20 even for tiny boxes or bags. While I was there, four other guests were also shocked to learn they had to pay for this service.
Normally, receiving and holding packages for guests is a courtesy offered by hotels. What frustrates me the most is that I had contacted the hotel chain’s customer service before shipping my packages to ask for the correct address, and they provided the information without mentioning these hidden fees. I believe both the hotel and UPS bear responsibility for this misleading practice, as they are profiting from what feels like a deceptive arrangement.

The store its inside the hotel inside an ice cream shop. When I went there was no associate inside the store. It took around 10min for the associate to come in who did not know how to ship an item and charged me $15 for a equipment return that is free. Only one associate who wasn’t trained enough to be by themselves. Charged me $9.99 for “one hour computer use” when I didn’t even use a computer!!!! I asked the associate Omar to print me two pages document and The associate did not tell me before printing that i was going to be charged $9.9 because they were using their computer to print!!! Awful service and terrible customer service. Don’t answer the phone. Did not give a label tracking number for the package I send. I cant track my package without the tracking number and The AT&T said they haven’t received the equipment it was supposed send two weeks ago.

NOT open at 7 as their sign says AND the Google search says. They need to edit their hours to manage customers' expectations!
It's not rocket surgery!🤬

Misleading location! It's inside a hotel and you can't even get to it. We drove here because the UPS Store closer to us wasn't open yet and couldn't get in there. Seems like from the reviews they run a pretty sketchy operation. Will be contacting UPS corporate about the misleading advertising.

They charge $5 per qr code to return an item even though the service is supposed to be free.
Located inside a hotel and you have to go through an ice cream store to get there.

Pictures are wrong, this is INSIDE the hotel. They also wanted to charge me $5 for an Amazon return. This is NOT a convenient UPS location
