I go to this ups store a lot of time in the month and sometimes like today the customer service is not good

The staff at the store are always fast and very friendly. Patrick is so funny! I know that anytime I come to drop off a package, I'll be leaving with a smile on my face.

I think they just need to hire people who know what they’re doing. I came here and told the young lady Jenny exactly what I needed. She told me to use the computer when I got to the computer and did the entire process they didn’t do the size that I wanted, which is what I told her when I came in so I paid five dollars for nothing and then she gave me a one 800 number to call to get a refund and told me next time come 24 hours before I would’ve rather her said she didn’t know so I didn’t waste my time and my five dollars because I called that number four times and still haven’t gotten an answer

I am someone who ships a lot of packages weekly, and in the past I would ship through the post office, but then I discovered the UPS store by me on Universal Boulevard.
There are two employees there that are absolutely incredible.
Jenny and Daniel are their names.
The level of Customer Service I receive from them both every single time is above and beyond and they are so friendly and personable.
So now I changed all of my shipping to go through UPS because it is such a pleasure dealing with them and knowing that I will always receive incredible service from them both.
