Horrible guest service. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a snippy remark "What do you want?" by the woman behind the counter. Told her what I needed to do, then she pointed to the computer over in the one corner and told me you can use this for a fee. I didn't need to use a computer for what i needed to do, so I hopped back in line then she snapped at me again "What do you want?" and also asked me if i knew how to use a computer. I told I told her I needed to ship something out as well. Then the manager walks in to work, I let him know what she said to me and that she had an attitude and he acted like he didn't care. Then after I was done my transaction as I was walking away she confronted me and told me that she wasn't being snippy and just trying to get me out the door faster. I told her that she provided horrible customer service skills. I will never be back to this location.

In this particular incident I had a disappointing experience with 2 UPS stores in both San Antonio and Orlando.Despite paying almost $60 for next-day air overnight service, my envelope arrived late due to “weather” issues. Fine I can get past it because I can see where weather could affect a delivery.However, the really issue and what added to the frustration was the lack of communication about a $10 pick-up fee, not mentioned by the Orlando representative, even after discussing the delayed shipment. When I called to inquire about the package possibly not arriving on time even after paying so much for it to be overnight delivered, the representative told me the option to refuse the late package and “send it back to the sender”, with a potential month-long delivery time, seemed like my only option Or… I could pay again to have it next day delivered to my house.What really got to me is discovering the fee only upon pick-up, coupled with a bit of attitude from the in-store representative, left me dissatisfied with the overall service. It get that the representative that helped me in the store was NOT the person I spoke with so she was just providing the info she has, however she is an in store representative that is employed as part of the customer satisfaction and experience workforce. Meaning she could have at least empathized with the situation and at the absolute very least apologized for the lack of communication and still had charged me the pick up fee.I wasn’t going to write a review or really make any sort of effort to make my experience known… however what put me over the edge was the fact that the store manager was the person that rung me out and didn’t acknowledge or make any sort of effort to step in and say anything at all given that he saw me genuinely bothered by the entire situation.Update 2-1-24 to response from the store:As stated in my review it was not explained and as also stated the manager on duty did nothing to help the situation during the in store interaction.This is going to simply be a case of “he said, she said” and it’s sad y’all don’t take ownership in the mistake made by your employee.Thankfully I never have to use your location again.

I love being able to walk in and return an Amazon purchase in less than a minute. There were a few snags when this place first opened, like spotty internet and selling you a roll of tape when a piece would do, but the staff is now a consistent team, friendly and very helpful and patient. I appreciate their speed with getting us in and out.

First time I went here was a few months ago. I was lucky enough to meet Monica, who helped me with copying and notary services. Went back today to ship a package because of that great experience, and Monica helped us again. She is patient, helpful, and kind, and she is why I will continue to spend money at this store.

I've had a box in this store for nine years and although staff have changed over the years, they are always great to deal with.They are so good and I am so happy with their service, I bring them ice cream every now and then.

Very unsatisfied with the service and how my shipment was handled by Mrs. M.. Pricing was ridiculously high. We've had better experiences with other UPS stores.

Excellent prompt courteous service by Monica. Was initially concerned due to some prior reviews. When emailed the store, got speedy response from Monica with exact numbers, instructions. At store found a very professional staff friendly to all customers alike. We opened our mailbox here and look forward to continued great service from Ms. Monica. Thanks!
