UPS in Doctor Phillips provided amazing service. I needed to send a package and it's the first time I went to a UPS. Staff is super friendly, provided information with cost and different box sizes. They handled everything from taping it up, labeling the address. Item arrived quickly even though I did select no rush needed. I'm very appreciative of UPS Dr. Phillips. Maybe if you are someone who buys a lot of souvenirs from Universal Studios parks or Disney World and you need to send your stuff home. This is the place for you to handle that. I am just recommending for tourists as I live here and needed just to send a standard package. Thank you UPS Staff at Dr. Phillips location. ALSO, it's next to Publix, Pizza Hut and other shops. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Thank you.

The UPS Store at 7512 Dr Phillips Blvd is a PHENOMENAL place to do business with ! The owners, Victor and Nita Patel treat all of us like family, and their services are handled promptly and warmly every time ! Everything from Int'l shipping, notary, mailbox, passports etc. have been wonderfully handled by the Patels and their staff, and for VERY reasonable prices !!

The staff are always nice and fairly efficient. The prices for some extra business services are crazy though. $12 to laminate a single sheet of paper. $3 per page for scans to USB wtf? It's like .002 cent electricity and takes the staff member 5 seconds. $250 for 75 sheets scaned no thanks, went to the library and did it for free...

Manager of store refused to take my upstairs return, because he didn’t want to carry my box. Complained about the size when the size is not specified on the service. I feel like the behavior it’s more like racism or laziness. Horrible customer service and manager didn’t even have professionalism to represent the company.
Won’t be coming again to a place where they don’t want to do their job.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. They clearly have no idea how to treat customers, and the manager was even worse than the employees. To make matters worse, they kept adding absurd charges for what should have been a straightforward return.

Sam lubins review above is inaccurate. I am the individual who’s dealing with this and the ups store on dr Phillips is not to be blamed for this. After just 2 conversations he and his team made it right for me. I’ll have to take up the missing items with ups in Las Vegas. Thank you guys again for doing the right thing for the consumer.

Terrible service. I brought in a return and was charged $4.78 in total to send the email link from the company paying for the shipping to the store and for them to print the label. And after I paid the clerk told me it had to be sent USPS and therefore she could not give me a receipt for drop off with a tracking number. I had to then take it to USPS. Terrible communication and very misleading. FedEx and USPS never charge for this, I got taken and run around and the clerk wasn’t kind or reasonable. Not cool and deceiving at a minimum. Never again ✅

I am a long time customer of the Dr. Phillips UPS store. The employees are always friendly and helpful, even when they'rebusy. I went in today to do my usual Amazon return and to my surprise they set up a self-service Amazon return area. I thought this was an excellent idea, especially today as busy as they were. Unfortunately another customer was not as thrilled as I and was verbally berating the two young men who were working. She became even more abrasive after I walked in and one of them offered to help me. These two young gentlemen were very professional and maintained their composure, I am not sure I would have been able to. I was outside the store as the customer left and she started in with me. I went back in the store to check on the boys because I was so horrified by the way they were treated. They were very busy and as customers came in I let them know about the return station and like me they were thrilled. It is a shame that these young men were persecuted for doing their job all because someone felt wrongly targeted.
