I use this location to ship packages or get things notarized. There’s nothing especially great about this UPS store, but it is adequate for these purposes. Do take care when purchasing packing items here, they are extremely expensive.

Used shredding service but was told they do not accept Coupon at this store that is on their UPS website. They said call other stores. Why have the coupon on UPS website if don’t accept it or need to call to see if they will accept. Will go to other locations in the future.

I had a complicated matter that needed to be resolved. Had the representatives focused on that which is black and white (versus thinking outside of the box and working WITH ME) I would have left the store with items to be shipped still in my hands. The fact that Sam, Michael and Brandon (sp?) acted as though the four of us were on the same team/side, resulted in their finding a way to fulfill my request.Corporate America often thumps the policies and procedures manual often to the disadvantage of the customer/client. These procedures are meant to serve as a guideline and not the last word.Sam truly represented not only UPS but his community (loyal, local patronage) and an attitude of humility and decency.This store and these guys are wonderful.

Clearly shows hours of 7 PM I go there and pull up at 6:25 PM and they have the gate over the counter and already close why have posted hours if you’re not going to follow it

I have never felt so humiliated and devalued in my entire lifeToday I walked in the Eastwood UPS as regular to ship a package, the associate asked me for my private information: first and last name , phone number and address which at first I was reluctant to provide all that information but thought it is needed for shipping my package10 min later I was shocked as I received a call from the associate who completed my transaction calling me on MY CELLPHONE and telling me that I am banned from the store and threatening me that I would be trespassing if I come againI was shocked and asked why , the associate surprised me by saying that 3-4 months ago he was closing the store before closing time and he felt pushed to open the store and service me as he was sick and felt uncomfortableas a customer carrying a heavy package I was very polite to ask him to help me with the return he agreed, I thanked him at least 10 times for helping me with the transaction as he was closing although it is my right as a customer to have service during store operation hoursHe made me feel devalued and most importantly my personal information that I trusted UPS store with he used it and went ahead and called me and threatened mePlease please be aware with giving your personal informationI could sue the store for breaching security but I know it is not the owner’s faultI need a true apology for being treated this way and for breaching my security and using my personal information

Dropped off Amazon package for return and per Amazon protocol item was handed over unboxed. Amazon never received my return - they said that it was down to this UPS store. Item was lost. I'll go to a different UPS store location next time.

Closed "until further notice". Disappointing to drive all the way to find a sign like this. A simple effort of updating store hours/closure status online would have helped.

I have mixed feelings about this UPS store. For the most part they are okay. I'm able to drop off and pick up packages most of the time with no problem and little wait time. However there have been plenty of times that there were a problem which makes me hesitant to do business with this store frequently.Workers in the store are not all trained the same. I've received different instructions and information from the variety of people who work there. I think the most frustrating thing is that they don't always go by company policy. There have been many times where I will have items that get shipped to the UPS store rather than to my home. I will often send my husband to go pick up these packages, but it's such a toss up now if they will let him take it. A few years back he would be able to walk in with a photo of my ID or just his ID (because we are at the same address/same last name) and that would be enough for the workers to give him our packages. Most recently, even with calling ahead and confirming, they won't let him get my packages because he isn't me. I would understand if that was their policy, but it's not. It's become a hassle to ship through them, to the point where I'd rather go wait at usps than deal with the workers who don't know what they are doing and making their own rules here. A few days ago I was dropping something off, walked into the store and there was not a person in sight. I waited around for a few minutes before someone had appeared from the back. I understand having work to do in multiple locations within the store, but having a way to let someone who is in the back know that someone just walked in would have been nice.Overall, I often try to avoid this location. I would consider coming here more often if the workers were properly trained and actually were consistent with company policy.This is just one example of

Went to return some Amazon items. The young lady serving me and others was so sweet and considerate. I’m glad I came to this UPS store and will be using them again in the future.

Just left a one star review for the UPS store at Alafaya and Lake Underhill, so I thought it was only fair to return the favor at this location. Night and day. “Hello how can I help you” with a smiling face. I mentioned the product was damaged and it obviously wasn’t anybody’s fault in the store and the clerk is like “oh I’m so sorry”. I will never go back to that other place. This location is clean, friendly and in a different class than that place down the road. Hats off!

NO SHOW AT OPENING TIMEOpens at 9:00 am. There were 4 people in line waiting outside the store when I got here. It’s currently 9:16 am. In total, there were 7 people that were waiting and all have now left.Looks like this is a recurring issue with this location based on previous comments.FEEDBACK FOR UPS FRANCHISE OWNER:If people are intently showing up at your UPS Store at 9:00 am, they are likely trying to fit the stop into their busy morning schedules. This is the type of experience that will make customers purposely go to an alternate location just to avoid doing business at this one.
