I went to ship a large package, know I worked at UPS for years, and the lady said she has no box, I looked and asked her again since I could see the boxes, she did noit even look up and said she does not have a box. Lazy, useless, or what is wrong with this person I don't know or care - Thank you FedEx - goodby UPS.

Ugly office. I sent a boat part and they most likely stole it because the package never left their office, judging by the tracking number. A loss of 4 thousand dollars and a month of waiting for a new part. The manager just smiled stupidly when I asked where my package went.

The service here is amazing. But employees should not wear perfume or colon. It's a public business and some of are sensitive to smells

They will ask you if you want to insure your package, charge nearly $80 for it, and when your $2k package arrives completely destroyed they will tell you that you needed 6 pictures of the box and internal packaging of how it was packaged before it was sent as if they aren't completely neglectful of your item. Customer Service is a joke and you need to go back to the store to even submit a claim, which will be denied.

Made an appointment online for this location for notary services which their website shows they offer as well as the sign in the store says they offer. Received email confirmation for this appointment. Get to the store and told they don’t offer a notary service. AlI I was told was that they are trying to hire a notary.

I always use UPS because every time, everything always gets there, wherever I have to send gifts, than regular mail or FedEx. Have for years now, and will continue using as it never fails me.

Overcharging people. Should be 20 cents a page to print a piece of paper they want 2.60 just for the label. Just want my 3 pages printed. I can tape my label to the box myself. I don't want you to print out a label just want my 3 pieces of paper with my label on it. No it's going to be 2.60 for the label itself. No No No. Why would I give my money to a store doing that? I'll go to the one I normally go to thank you. I don't play games.

HORRIBLE. The tracking numbers are so small on my receipt I have to get a magnifying glass to read them - they should fire the CEO of UPS for this.

I've been dropping packages here for years, and I've never had an issue from any employees here. Have I had issues with UPS? Yes, absolutely. But everyone who has worked here is amiable and has treated me and my shipments with care. UPS, stop ignoring this store. It's understaffed and the equipment is falling apart left and right (not the employee's fault).
